Asides being the first victim of celebrity cancel culture, opinions suggests that Jesus may have by documented evidence, been the greatest influencer of all times.

Some are of the opinion that his rise to prominence is as a result of careful documentation of his life history. That is, his life story were blown out of proportion by new media at that point in history leading to the growth of his influence in gaining large following (Christians).

Furthermore, researchers opine that he was merely a new-age preacher whom influencers at that point in history blew his significance out of proportion thereby creating a larger than life image about him. They have often likened his influence to that of modern day Nigerian preachers/ religious leaders who their follower now pray to God through them. Example, when they pray and say things like “the God of Oyedepo, Abioye, Enenche etc will do it for me”.

What’s your take on this very important matter?

For me, Michael Jackson seems to be.

His influence cuts across continents, tribe, race, gender and culture.

What makes an influencer?

Is it just to acknowledge his existence?

Well let's analyze the word "Influencer"
The word Influencer means the person is able to influence others into doing the things he or she does. There has been countless influencers in the history of mankind but none has ever continued to influence people after their death except Jesus of Nazareth.

How has Jesus influenced people in the past?

Before his birth!
Thousands of years before Jesus the nation of Israel has been carefully doing things in anticipation of what this child will become among them because their God promised to raise a child who will lead them to salvation. Read Genesis 49:10; Deuteronomy 18:18-19; Psalms 110:1; Isaiah 9:6-7
In fact about five hundred years to his birth Jesus kept influencing the nation of Israel as prophets keep talking about him including the man who will be serving as prophet and forerunner for Jesus! Malachi 4:5

During his lifetime!
Few months to the time Jesus would be born his mother was honored by an older woman called Elizabeth who referred to yet unborn Jesus as "my lord" {Luke 1:43} as a day old shepherds saw countless angels glorifying God due to the birth of Jesus {Luke 2:8-14} astrologers from far east traveled all the way to Israel to honor the child that a strange star led them to {Matthew 2:1-2} due to fear of things written about this child in the scriptures King Herod ordered the killing of all baby boys in Bethlehem {Matthew 2:16-18} he grew up to become a miracle worker healing all kinds of sicknesses. All these and many more happened during Jesus' life time. But what about after Jesus is no more?

After Jesus died!
All the things i've been saying can't make any sense to someone who never lived in the days of Jesus or believe what was written in the Bible so it's important we now talk about the influence Jesus keeps having after he left or let's just say after he died as many would or prefer to say.
