Hello guys,
I created an account on oracle to get the free server they to move some of my projects there.
I tried creating an instance
1. The button to toggle on public IPV4 address is disabled
2. The button to toggle on Security works but toggling
On additional security features don’t work.

Even though 2. is trivial and 1. Is manual fixable after creating the instance,
The main problem is that when I click create I am told to try again due to insufficient host capacity in my region under Italy - Milan.

Anyone else encountered this problem and have a possible solution.
