On wearing bra ....sometime ago I was watching a programme on the wearing of bras. They want ere saying it is better healthwise to not wear bras . Bras reduces the strengthening of the muscles to keep the breasts up since the bra is doing the work for those muscles. They made a reference to A ican women living in remote areas that do not wear bras .... comparing them to bra wearing women ...the rural women have firm and upstanding breasts while their urban ooeers have saggy breasts. I agree with their findings .... I compare it with a child wearing knee support daily .... when he's grown he will have weak knees because the muscles were not allowed to develop the strength to manage the pressure

Lastly ...I always thought that big breasts were not a burden since it's just part of the natural body and it will be normal to that person the same as small breasts will be to that person.
