Peter Obi will mature as a politician when he understands that belittling his country and political rivals is not the path to relevance or success. In contrast, Jagaban tends to concentrate on his policies and the value he brings to the nation rather than attacking his opponents. It appears that Obi becomes particularly animated when criticizing the state of the country, but if this is his approach, he should first address the issues from his tenure in Anambra, including the investments he made in his family business with public funds.
