2.If it is a depopulation thing, it;s not working....Africa's population has increased drastically since HIV was reported in Africa formally in 1983. We were 528 million, now we are 1.55 billion

3.I have seen people in stage 3 and 4 hiv, on the brink of death (one was even brought in unconscious) start the arv and within a month or two are back on their feet and normal self.
