I am contemplating on moving to Ibadan, so I want to know cheap place to stay and the cost of living.

Bro the accommodation is very high in Ibadan due to the agents over there.. As a matter of fact Lagos agents can be considerate anyways just name yohr budget

Rent are from 1m for 2 bedroom generally in good location

Interior like part of Ibadan goes for 500k for 2 bedroom

Speaking of akaran
Muslim boluwaji
Apete

Other flanks cost as much as 1 million for 2 bedroom

Atleast,for lekki standard type of housing

By the way..I got one bushy like location with everything in
3 bedroom for 450k

Location is is close to aroro berry ,not far from elepe and eniosa

If the rent is cheap, cost of transportation won't.
If the rent is cheap, electricity will be bad there.
If the rent is cheap, poor road network.
