A ceremony to hand over the keys to apartments in a new district built for the families of soldiers who died in the Kursk region took place in Pyongyang. The event was attended by the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un.

Construction started in 2020 and was completed in 2025.

The new district in the Hwaseong area was named "Saber or Seobel Street". In his speech, the North Korean leader expressed confidence that the families of soldiers who received the keys to new housing would be able to take pride in their deceased sons and husbands. The construction of residential buildings for 50,000 apartments in the capital of North Korea has been fully completed, which is the result of a five-year development program for Pyongyang. Is there any war without fatalities? But, if you asked me, I think the handing over of the apartments to families of the fallen soldiers is a form of compensation for the sacrifices of the soldiers in their line of duty. And by the way, If war break out today between North Korea and South Korea, Russia will be sending their soldiers to partake in the war directly, due to the two countries strategic pacts.
In the strategic pact with China, Iran Venezuela and India, Russia is not obliged to directly enter any war wage by another country on the side of these countries I mentioned, but , they will support them in every spheres you can think of. Same thing applies to these countries as well, if Russia is waging war against another country or alliance. I think you really don't understand what's happening, if you're oozing these out. Every Ukrainian military personnel, prior to 2014, trained in Russia. Every doctrine of warfare by the Russian are taught to the Ukrainians and Belarusians militaries. You probably didn't know that there's what is called "three sisterhood" alliance between these three countries, until the events of the maiden in 2014. So, the style of warfare by the two countries are the same, because the warfare doctrine was meant for NATO specifically. So, there's hardly anything that's different in both sides fighting mentality.

As regards the issue of North Korea military fighting directly on the side of Russia, or reason why Iran or China is providing military-technical assistance, you can refer to my post above.
