Peter Obi will do pumping machine services for the ADC.

He will bring in obidients to increase ADC's database of members and also bring in obidients that will donate funds to the party.

And then, ADC will use the same funds to take care of alleged ATIKU/MAKINDE campaign.
Seeee ANALYSIS!

See HOW Dis ppl have relegated themselves!

So no more Easterner in Powerplay againhuh?

We're not telling you..
Keep guessing
You and your Obi dont even have any direction.

Its as plain as day to even the blind that Obi has no plan other than be hoping on Atiku making him his VP and now that this isn't happening, your Obi is now trying to save face by claiming he will contest the ticket.

Pathetic.

I told you guys that Atiku will never pick Obi as his running mate as both Obi and his obidient mob are hated in the north and that if Atiku goes for Obi he risks further losing northern delegate votes not within the ADC primaries but northern votes in the election proper.

The ticket is now obviously between Atiku and Amaechi and Obi is no where near it.

So what's next for Obi?

I don't see him leaving ADC because Obi knows he can never repeat the fluke of 2023.

Rather I see Obi hunkering down in same ADC and supporting Atiku's bid in exchange for Ministerial appointment.
I wonder what is wrong with you people? Obi has gone beyond being the running mate of anyone.

Story.

Obi joined ADC solely to be running mate to Atiku.

Nothing else.

If he wanted to contest as President he would have settled the wahala he caused in LP

I think ADC should do their calculation well, if Obi did not wins the ADC presidential ticket. Obi should opt for contesting as Senator to pave way for him to become influential person in the Legislative and he can appointed as a Minister just like the way Jagaban appointed Bunmi Ojo as Minister for Interior.

He wont still win the ticket for Senator

If he goes out ADC ,he will lose woefully and he will be the joke of the century. He is already in ,the best thing is too just swim along . If he gets the ADC ticket good ,if he doesn't ,he should just stay in afc . If he leaves he will be seen as highly inconsistent and unreliable even by some of his obedient followers

FSBoperator:
Oga before your Obi can contest he must have a platform.

Which Party ticket will he be contesting?

The only reason he was wooed into the ADC is to prevent him from contesting on another platform so as not to see to a repeat of a three horse race that played out in 2023.

I don't know how incredibly difficult it is for you guys to see this.

I predicted that ADC will be wooing him long before they began and said it is to cage him and not to give him their ticket or make him running mate to anyone.

Obi is highly foolish for falling for what was obvious to every layman but I guess that is what political desperation coupled with laziness for a free ticket will lead to.

Obi is now aware that Atiku won't pick him as running mate and he is now clueless on his next move.

He leaves ADC and tries to get free last minute ticket with Zenith Party and suffer a worse outcome than 2023 due to his diminishing support outside his SE or he remains in ADC hoping Atiku wins the elections and gives him ministerial slot.

Thats about it for Obi.

The only reason Obi moved to ADC is to secure VP nomination from Atiku.

If he wanted to contest the elections proper as substantive Presidential candidate he would have remained in LP and resolved the wahala he caused.

Despite whatever crisis there was in LP, the LP remained Obi's best chance of contesting the elections.

Going to ADC that had Amaechi and Atiku who had both since declared their intentions to contest the ticket is a sure sign Obi was never interested in running again but had retired to his usual spare tyre role to Atiku.
Re: Now That Atiku Has Settled For Makinde, What Is Obi Still Doing In ADC? by HyAccent11: 11:54am On Feb 18
Atiku will pick the ADC ticket. This will effectively divide ADC into 2. Obi will go another small party. Sadly politics is a game of numbers. Atiku does not have the numbers neither does Obi.
Leaving APC to thrash both Atiku and Obi.
Nigerians should be ready for another round of shege shege Pro Max at the hands of Tinubu.
Re: Now That Atiku Has Settled For Makinde, What Is Obi Still Doing In ADC? by onatisi(m): 11:57am On Feb 18
hahaahhaahhaha grin grin boss you are funny o . so you think if obi contested again without a solid platform he will get up to 2 million votes ? e go shock you that he would have lost stupidly foolishly . he cant stand alone , he stands no chance , he has thought about it . if he is sure of himself , let him go to another party and see what will happen . seems you dont understand the politcal mentality of the Nigerian voter. his best choice and optiion was and is to join adc , fight for the ticket and if he loses , support the party to win . if he contests alone , apc will not eve alone him to have 10% of the votes , now that he has aligned with certain powerful norhern political elites , if he wins the ticket , good for him .
obi knew all along that adc is a northern political based party and that atiku is the main man there , atiku will get the ticket , obi stronghold is mainly in the south east and south south and that is why apc and tinubu are focussing on spending billions there , and trust nigerians they willl follow the money trail , the south west is for all to grab , the main main fight is the north . unfortunately the obedients are not seen in good light in the north due to the toxic approach to political issues and debates

Obi and Atiku were bound to end up in one party, the combined votes of both men in 2023 was 13 million votes, which dwarfs Tinubu's 8 million vote. Both men know that to run in different parties will only divide their votes and benefit Tinubu

Atiku and Obi are going to go for the ADC Presidential tick for 2027. Whichever of them wins will be backed %100 by the other.

If they can get mobilise that 13 million to vote again for either of them, Tinubu is gone

If there is one think Atiku and Obi agree on, its that Tinubu and APC should go, and both men can make it happen, but it will require one of them stepping down for the other.

As long as free, fair elections are done

North will never back anything with Zionist Obi

They saw the Zionist agenda through IPOB lobbying that led to their leaders being labelled as terrorist enablers.

But you and I know. This period there won't be free and fair election. The president is desperate. This is Jonathan. Buhari tried to level the playing field though eventually helping Tinubu, or else he should have changed the inec chairman because there's no way he won't know the chairman had a deal with Tinubu.

The point of this thread is Atiku opting to have Makinde as his running mate.

Lets see if your Obi will remain foolishly in ADC hoping for ministerial appointment if Atiku wins Tinubu.

Its a long shot, but that's the only option left for Obi.

If there is pure ethnic voting and all Hausas vote together with Igbos for Atiku, the total alone can not tilt the election. A combination of Yoruba and Hausa can do that though. However if all other ethnic groups in the South vote against any Yoruba candidate then the total will tilt the election in favor of Atiku.

If Obi decides to leave the ADC in the last minute just as he did in 2022 with the PDP for LP, he can not achieve the same results he got and Obi knows this very well .

Rather, Obi will do horribly outside the SE and this will mark a serious dent in his acceptability and appeal outside his SE thereby reducing his electoral value .
Make una rest kwanu and leave Obi alone.
By 2031, it will be the time of the north and whether Obi likes it or not, power will transit to same north and the best he can recycle himself into will be his traditional VP role.

Its for these reasons, I see Obi finally waking up from his hallucinations and has finally settled for ministerial role under Atiku in the hopes he gets rewarded with a token VP position later on.
