I recall something like that

When Jonathan's call was tapped and his congratulatory call to Buhari was leaked.

To tap phone is not rocket science. It doesn't take more than 3million naira to get tools for things like that.

Anybody’s phone can be tapped. During Obama’s presidency, his administration tapped the phones of almost all EU and NATO leaders. When the information became public, Obama rationalized it has no big deal. If anyone is seriously interested in your phone calls, they will tap your phone.
