What is stopping the govt that can pass and sign manual electoral transmission to law from making state police happen.
Everyone knows that abolishing NPF and creating state and LG police is the solution to this mess. Enough of politics.

I think state governors are avoiding state police because of the wage bill. They prefer to keep their ragtag security outfits that they can pay peanuts.

We are not afraid. When you have invested a lot in a project , it's hard to say goodbye.
Yoruba have put a lot of sweat and blood in the one Nigeria project.
