One governor just did same a couple of days ago in the north. Even kids had videos of him coming out of his convoy to urinate on the public roads. Why can't he be arraigned?

Public defecation is a very big problem in Lagos, in 2024 i lost count of how many times people defecated infront of a compound close to my work premises.

Lagos should provide FREE restrooms for people...not the ones people have to pay to urinate or do number 2 in. Some people do not have the money and they have to go. In the West, there are restrooms everywhere...petrol stations, stores, restaurants and so on.

Useless and irresponsible government, you didn't do your work as a government but you want the citizens to maintain law and other.


Provide public toilets for people to use and pay across your state Jaree, then you can arrest those who refused to use it, block heads in power.

That was the same question that came to my mind. The government should provide clean public toilet whether paid for or not, before use. This way people won't resort to doing it anyhow.
The essence of providing public toilet in busy areas can not be overemphasized.

I witnessed one here in Washington the other day, an SUV/Jeep was in front of me when the light turned red. The elderly gentleman driving opened his driver's side door and pee, perhaps bladder or prostate issue. I wish I had my camera on.

I am not condoning peeing all over the places, but let's be honest with one another, we are really as a country is not there yet where one can pull up at a restaurant/McDonald/petrol station and just use their toilet. Even some toilets in restaurants/building charge you to use their facility. There are not enough public toilet for the masses. I think instead of arrests, warnings will be appropriate.

It is the same as people crossing the streets on a major road when there are no overhead pedestrian crossing but if the government provided an overhead and one still doesn't use it, then I think that person deserves a fine.

Can you imagine a passenger bus traveling from Lagos to say Enugu with 20people. Where will they pee on their way
