The empty heads acty believe it's their entitlement to take the money without your knowledge. What do toh think they learn from the Saidaboj peeg of not how to hurt men?

Thats why i shy away from engaging in starting any business that gives room to an employee having access to cash. Thwy will ruin you.

They have no mercy.

I have an inlaw who reportedly stole large amounts of money from his boss. The money might have contributed to the downfall of that business.

My inlaw started his own business and it did not fare well. Eventually he was cashstrapped and bankrupt.

The fear is that the boys would steal ya osusu because they need to give their girlfriends money

Me knows better. So I prefer young males who just did waec.

Plus it's best not to leave ya business anyhow unless you've secured the way cash flows within. Even if Dem go pilfer something, they can never touch anything that big that'll hurt your osusu ministry.

We supply ethanol and most pay directly to our account. But we've experienced boys who'd somehow secretly move goods but e no go tey before e go show for the meters installed to the reservoir.

It's truly difficult for we small people. Especially with the dubious nonsense talk of "na where man dey work, man dey chop" mentality of most people. Me thinks they have perverted the meaning of that saying.

That's exactly how one of my girlfriends then was arrested for stealing her madam's money to the tune of 430k then. She was a salesgirl in an electrical shop... Seems she was making money more than the owner of the shop....

Women are worse in the sense that their true nature and what they can do is completely hidden unlike men that are easily identifiable, this cloak nature makes you to loose guard and trust them wholeheartedly until disaster strikes which is too late, this is why women are naturally dangerous…

If I discover this, the person is gone first. I’ll make sure I seized the money first. And collect all the ones from her account then ask if she’s doing any ajo, collect that one and anyone she has borrowed my money or keep my money with before I hand over her to police.

This happened to me , the day I stopped her and gave stern warning was the day I start seeing the other side of her . She stopped coming to my work since then..

I am not surprised at all, my biological sister whom i have helped has done the same to me, she nearly destroyed my business, couldn't imagine she bought iphone 11 for herself and her husband from the proceed of my business, and when i later discovered and informed my Mum, my mum supported her... Nigeria is beyond repair i swear

na just to instal cctv camera nah.therr is this particular eatery I buy food from , they will always inflate prices of food by 1k higher than what is on their flier by the side, when u make enquiry, they will tell u they hv increase prices .go there next month , they will still tell u the same thing. Like it's an organized crime participated by most of the employees there.

Could have been avoided by creating a very strong inventory management system with sound digital tools then also run unannounced regular audits at least him for catch her early and use her do better example, 6 months mandatory for kirikiri, make I hear say the next thief no wise

What totally amazed me are the comments. Not one person saw that as strange, all they were arguing was male or female and how wicked the employee. It completely went over their heads!

A bigger mystery no one has talked about is WHY the sales girl would keep a safe in the office. Why not put the monies in her panties and take them out as she stole. Where in the office could hide such a safe? And most of all, who called Mr Blogger to perfectly mount his camera so no faces would show before the safe was broken!

I'm curious, is your family polygamous? Why would your mom support your sister stealing from your business?
