there re public toilets almost in lagos especially areas where there re major markets. They might not be adequate but they re available

The various LCDAs, LGCs and even the Lagos State Government should prioritize the provision of public conveniences in every nook and cranny of the State in order to put a stop to public urination and public defecation.

The payment for the use of the facilities should be so affordable such that poor people can easily make use of them instead of constituting public nuisance.

The call of nature is irresistible irrespective of gender or status.

Not until the various governments make provisions for these facilities, they would keep congesting our correctional centres aka prisons.

Let the various governments take the initiative and lead the citizens on the right path.

Good move, but handcuffs amd being paraded like dangerous criminals is terrible. This should attract a fine and possibly prosecution for repeat offenders.

If a place is provided from urination and they are not using it, I think it is justifiable to penalize them.

But the punishment should be reduced to a lesser fine, looking at the set of people that are arrested.

It is a good way to go if only government has provided public convinences in those areas and they fail to use it. Urination is a nature call there is limit to how long you can hold yourself if nature calls
