is using N16trillion (approx. $11b) to build a single express road from Lagos-Calabar which will still take more than 4 years to complete. Imagine if this amount is used to repair, upgrade and build roads across the whole country

Meanwhile, Ghana is using $10billion dollars to repair, upgrade and build roads across all the 16 regions of the country which will be completed in 2 years, latest 2028.
Now, you can guess which of the two countries would benefit more socially and economically from the 2 scenarios.
