A foreign student who applies in one of the UK universities and offered admission and his CAS is out that will enables him to apply for student visa and he has also paid part of his fees before getting visa.

During his interview with embassy and he did not succeed, my question is "will the school refund his school fees?
I need answers pls

like I said, Oyibo no dey griiidy, irresoonsible and inconsiderate like you Nigerians. there is no way they will charge you for service you did not use. It is not a jungle like Nigeria when there do anyhow. They look at the basis of your case and respond accordingly..

So.visa fees are redundable when they deny you with unreasonable excuse.

Visa fees have always been non-refundable. Lets stop jumping over the horse here. Visa fee is more like an application fee. It means that the office needed you to pay to process your application, it is not a free service. As for the school fees, it is a service you have not enjoyed and have paid for. You will definitely get a refund. They might deduct processing fees which is understandable, but you will get a refund.many of you people in Nigeria have been soooooooo used to getting dirty treatment that you believe that is how the world works.
