I see local government administration a waste of public fund in Abuja. It is a seat of power with a minister in charge, why can't every community there be under the administration of FCT minister. Minister can just appoint counselor in each area and pay them salary.

We spend too much on governance, democracy is not really good for underdeveloped countries struggled with limited resources.

You’re not certain—you’re assuming. More importantly, what should matter is whether the law-making process was properly followed, not whether a presidential appointee was consulted. Besides, they were likely trying to meet a deadline.

within that 24hrs Senate sent the bill to the president show me news that suggest Tinubu met with inec before he signed the bill

Have you witnessed how underdeveloped many communities in Abuja are? A counselor isn't sufficient; however, the challenge is most people pursue office for personal gains and not to serve.
