That you are used to the rigging order doesn’t make it right,if results people voted electronically and the results transmitted in real time,what do we need part agents for?

Just have it at the back of your mind that the day mandatory electronic voting will be passed into law,there will be no room for any illegality,so enjoy it while it lasts!

Even Independent Candidates without any party platforms win elections in the USA which is a model for proper democracy.

As some people have been pointing out to you, you are very wrong on this. It is extremely difficult for independent candidate to win anything in the USA at the national level, in fact, in the past like 50 to 70 years, only Bernie Sanders and Joe Lieberman have won as independent candidates, others won as either Republican or Democrats then defect to being independent after winning the election.

2. USA as perfect example of model of proper democracy? that is debatable. It depends on what you mean by that. For example, someone like Peter Obi can never win primaries in either of Democratic or Republican parties, because to do so you need to spend a lot of money, real money, and as Peter Obi is not of that ideology, the best he can be at national level is Senator or House of Rep.

3. Take note also that Electronic transmission is not Electronic voting I think you are mixing the 2 up. Electronic transmission means the vote would have concluded, entered manually into the form EC8a, signed by all authorized, before finally sending it to the portal. This is different from what you are thinking of that as someone votes, the count shows automatically on the portal; that is E-voting which is not the bone of contention here because that is not even on the table.

Now, even if the compulsory controversial Electronic transmission is approved, you still need your agents to be sure it is your correct count that is recorded for you, even apart from rigging, there are cases where the electoral officer may say a particular ballot paper for your candidate is invalid because of the thumbprint, if your agent is there, he/she will be able to assess it and confirm if true, and if not he will insist it is counted for you and so many example like that.
In the US that you reference, they have party representatives or poll watchers at the polling and collation centres.

Conclusion: We need to start with the compulsory E-transmission, but it doesn't remove the fact that as a candidate, you need to have an agent in all the polling units if you are serious. In fact, if you are not able to get even just 1 person to serve as an agent for you in that unit it shows you are not actually popular in that unit

But that's where the problem is. It is not necessarily the PO that changes it. Look at the Rivers State example.

I have been voting in US elections since 1992, I can't think of any Independent candidate winning any national or even important election.
US elections are not as open and fair as some of you think. It's usually decided by who has rhe most money and lots of ways to defranchise many voters.
