There is inheritance and there is inheritance, 500k is inheritance and 50million is inheritance too so clarify the type of inheritance u mean

Educating your child is an obligation not an inheritance

Out of 4, he can sell two only if he has a good business idea he wants to use the money to start up..he can give 1 to a developer with agreement to take the property after 20yrs, then keep one land for himself

He can sell two,use the money to develop one,rent it out

Why should you train a child to consciously depend on the properties of his parents?

i dislike people that sell their inheritance. My Dad's 100 hectares of farmland with a Dam is still intact 16 years after his death. No sensible child sell their inheritance
