We were all in disbelief even when we took a bus home that day ...All through this, his wife never said a word...Obviously he did not discuss with her whether or not he should pull such stunt before he did

Next day, we see the Pastor's kid driving some girls in the car at Tantalizers at Allen avenue..

Long story short, his wife divorced him less than 2 months later and he has no car till now..

All this was as far back as 2002..

Na why till now once I hear a Pastor say "If God had laid it in your heart to give"...., I immediately hold my belongings tightly to avoid being spiritually pick-pocketed

It may be difficult for a person who doesn't own a car to single handedly buy a car and gift it to a pastor.
But many of them contribute reasonable sums to buy cars for their pastors while not owning even a bicycle themselves.
My neighbour is still having problems with his wife because of church levies and seed sowing.
Very recently, she took money meant for their transportation to the village to attend a relative's burial and gave it to the church as contribution for a building project.
According to the man, the pastor told them that god told him that the golden season of giving will close at the end of February and the angel will return to heaven with the names of those who have given towards the building project.
That he doesn't know when the angel will come back so anyone who failed to give before the end of February risks not receiving the huge blessing that their god will send down once he receives the list of the contributors.
It took me a lot of energy not to laugh out loud.
I had to lend the man money to travel and he left the woman behind.

Sheeples are doing it without much thought.

This includes contributing money for the pastor or imam to buy a car while the sheeple are using LegSus.

To all those saying you can't give what you don't have: I am guessing you haven't heard of stories of someone or people who had good jobs and decided to save up to buy a car, only for them to buy the car and sow it as a seed to their pastors. Or, because they felt the pastor played a huge part in their success stories (through his prayers and blessings), decided to buy a car for the pastor to show appreciation. It happens a lot!

Even if I have 10 cars he should ask God and his elbows to get him a nice car or go to the stinkingly rich pastors to get him one or show him the way.

Lol, am i mad? My former pastor wanted to turn me into atm machine. Every Sunday I take at least 20k to church and I do finish it b4 closing, the funny thing is thats not even enough for them. They will compel you to pay for this and that. I almost paid my life last year 2025, as this year start I japa. They've been calling me since January I no dey pick.
