Copied but resonate with what i usually say . Don't try copying pep cus he will leave you confused.

Pep Guardiola had everyone playing with a false 9… then signed Haaland, a classic No. 9.

He then had everyone using a “ball-playing” goalkeeper… before signing Donnarumma, an elite shot-stopper who's not good with his feet.

Football goes in circles. Nothing is pure “innovation.” Nothing is genius. The next time someone talks to you about fancy tactical buzzwords, tell them to f*ck off

Shey some days ago some of you were saying Vinicius was 'annoying' and 'why always him'

'Is he the only black player'

What did Tolu Arokodare, Hannibal Mejbri and Wesley Fofana do to deserve being racially abused?

Oga...
No one defend racism but his constant provocations and dramatic attitude.
On Racism issue from the player against him I fully support him.
I will defend the other players you put up there with my full chest. But I will query his attitude like I did in the first place.
That aside.
So Come and tell us why there're no serious disciplinary action against racism in the game .
The system and the culture indirectly support racism .
you've being kneeling down for years before every game, what changes ? Absolutely nothing .
After Henry and co finished ranting to get attention what next ? life's goes on

The system knows what to do in other to reduce racism , it's not about advertising End racism on TV . Infact it indirectly promote Racism

The real people who face racism on daily basis are on the streets and not cry babies
Dont be too emotional Oga....

He is in his Joao Pedro no shot on target era.

Another Airmark favorite striker

Miss me with this over the top outrage. A lot of black players today are far too quick to run to social media over online abuse. Football has always come with criticism and insults, especially after bad performances.

Players of all backgrounds get flooded with nasty messages every matchday, If the white players should show you their dms it will be double of whatever insults black players receive. yet most deal with it privately and move on. Random internet trolls throwing insults shouldn't even bother you one bit. A nobody on Instagram called you a monkey so what. Now you are victim of oppression lmao. If that is racism then the word racism has lost all meaning.

Goals win you matches and the players whose primary role is to score goals, are the strikers. And outwitting defenders to make the net shake is not easy, if you are in doubt ask Jakujaku Jackson.

popizaino:
You may be wondering why despite winning just 2 league titles and losing 2 UCL finals in 15 years, Diego Simeone deserves to be the highest-paid manager in world football at around €30 million annually.

Let me tell you why.

When Simeone arrived at Atlético Madrid mid-season in December 2011, the club was 10th in La Liga. They were a mid-table team struggling for consistency. Challenging Barcelona and Real Madrid was far outside of their wildest dreams.

But under his leadership, Atlético became a perennial top contender, breaking the Madrid-Barca duopoly. There have been huge improvements in their league positions, cups runs, revenue, and player pull, turning a €150 million-revenue outfit into a €400 million-plus powerhouse.

Before Simeone, between 2002 and 2011, Atlético averaged around 8th place. They finished 12th, 7th, 11th, 10th, 7th, 4th, 4th, 9th, 7th across those seasons. They were even relegated in 2000 and promoted back in 2002. But under Simeone, they have got consistent top-4 finishes. Two titles. Regular title races. No season below 4th since 2012-13. And they now average around 3rd place.

Before Simeone, their last La Liga title was 1995-96. Yes, they won sporadic cups like the 1991-92 Copa del Rey. But they had limited European success beyond the 2010 Europa League under Quique Flores.

Under Simeone, they have had Eight major trophies. One Copa del Rey in 2012-13. Two Supercopas in 2014. Two Europa Leagues in 2011-12 and 2017-18. Two UEFA Super Cups in 2012 and 2018. Two Champions League finals as runners-up in 2013-14 and 2015-16. They beat Real Madrid and Barcelona in finals and regularly reach quarter-finals and semi-finals of many cup tournaments

Revenue
Before 2011, Atlético were pulling in around €120 to €150 million annually. They relied on domestic TV deals and modest matchday income from their old Vicente Calderón stadium. Butrecently, they raked in €483 million in 2023-24. That is a 10 percent year-on-year increase. Broadcasting revenue alone hit €222 million in 2024. Their matchday revenue hit an All time high €76 million, boosted by the move to the Wanda Metropolitano stadium in 2017, which increased capacity and corporate hospitality options.

Their commercial revenue has also risen significantly as the club's global brand grew through sustained Champions League participation and success. They have tripled their revenue since 2013. That growth is directly tied to Simeone's success. He has secured for them regular Champions League football, deep runs in Europe and title challenges.

All of that translates into more TV money, more sponsorships, more ticket sales, and more commercial deals. Without Simeone, Atlético would not be the €400 million-plus club that they are today.

Before Simeone, Atlético signed mid-level players. Stars like Diego Forlán left quickly for bigger clubs. They relied on loans and bargain deals. Under Simeone? They attract world-class talent. Record signings like João Félix for €127 million, Julián Álvarez for €75 million, Antoine Griezmann for €120 million on his return. They lured free agents like Luis Suárez in 2020, who was key to their title win that season.

They have secured marquee signings including Ademola Lookman for €35 million, Robin Le Normand, and Alexander Sørloth. They now compete for top prospects like players who actively choose Atlético because of Simeone's development track record and the club's competitiveness.

Players know that under Simeone, they will be coached to the highest level, they will compete for trophies, and they will play Champions League football. That is a massive pull. Before Simeone, players saw Atlético as a stepping stone. Now they see it as a destination.

Simeone's "Cholismo" philosophy built a culture of grit, making Atlético a destination club. His 14-plus years of stability, the longest tenure at Champions League level, justify the pay. Right now, he is not just their coach. He is the architect of their modern era.

Two league titles and two Champions League finals might not sound like much compared to Pep or Ancelotti. But context matters. Simeone turned a mid-table club into a consistent top-three force in one of the hardest leagues in the world.

He tripled their revenue. He made them a destination for world-class players. And he did it all while competing with two of the richest clubs on the planet.
That is why he deserves every euro.
Thank you for this information but andrewbaba44 wants him sack.

England needs to learn from these leagues. They schedule their fixtures in a way that allows football fans to enjoy every match, but the EPL will have 4 games kicking off at the same time, not ordinary game ooo but some interesting matches.

La Liga does the same thing. They have matches running from Friday to Monday. On individual time-slots.

To be fair to the English FA, most of the big games have their standalone slots. I do miss the old days of Super Sunday though. I mean the real Super Sunday. Not the hype-driven nonsense they do nowadays just because big teams are in action on a Sunday. I'm talking those Sundays when you watch Liverpool Vs Man Utd at 2pm first and then settle down to watch Chelsea Vs Arsenal at around 5pm. Those were the Barclays years.
