Hardly any form of love for their country. Most Nigerians don't have the basic and minutest instinct to love their country.

Some reasons are playing in my head. But I can't seem to get hold of a strong reason as to why.


But most Nigerians don't love their country... maybe it's because Nigeria hasn't shown them love from the beginning... but that reason still doesn't stick because patriotism is stronger emotion and goes deeper and beyond.

We must always remember government is formed and control by citizens. We can not blame government officials.

Learn from South Africans only few knows what is visa, they don't have plans to leave their country for whatever reason

You must understand that you as a citizen you have power to control the government.

Government said illegal foreigners are allowed in South Africa and citizens are saying illegal foreigners must go.
Watch the space citizens will win and illegally foreigners will leave south Africa within few months.

As a citizen I have no power to control the government, but as citizens if we all speak in a voice we may be able to correct so many anomalies.

First, our politicians (I don’t like using leaders for them, because they do not lead) must admit that we are not a united people and find ways to bring together unity (real unity) not forced one like we have now. We must identify our differences, culturally, religiously, economically and tailor our ideologies towards that.

Importantly, we must enable a just and fair society where equity is the watchword.

We must start by telling ourselves the truth as a people.

Over there, the people most of the time tend to speak in one voice. Here, we will have some sections that’ll be advocating for those illegal migrants to stay because they speak the same language, belong to the same religion or have some sort of ties.
