It was a good week boss... The RED days were "little" amounts when compared to the GREEN days returns o o... Overall.....it was a "+". Nothing lost Thanks for the concern o Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 2:52pm On Feb 23 |
The week began on a mildly bullish note, with gains depending on the stocks in the equity fund manager's portfolio. Tonight, Zrosk and possibly Zenith are guaranteed to make a profit. Furthermore, I included Zrosk's portfolio to see how stocks are weighed to maximize profit..

Please can anyone help with the app for Zrosk |
| Re: Equity Investment. by princezzz(f): 6:59pm On Feb 23 |
I dont think they have an app. Registered last week, still waiting on them to send me a response of any kind. Would have move more funds to CS equity, but i will be patient and wait them out, i like their vibes, acting all non chalant with their high entry quota. Zedcrest felt a bit off to me,i am not saying that anything is wrong with them ooo. I downloaded their app,put in basic detail, didnt verify my email, and i am getting a call from a customer agent person today, who didnt sound so sure of herself. I even called Zrosk last week on the number i found on their website, noone picked, today the number is switched off,who turns off an offical platform??who does that??Apparently Zrosk!!! i then mailed them today,no response. Those guys are playing hard to get,and its sexy and i like it. So which is better, someone who chases after me, abi person wey i dey chase after. Money needs to be moved, but the people i want dont seem to want me. Might just end up funding stanbic as my 2nd equity account. mhoreh: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Allboiz: 7:04pm On Feb 23 |
princezzz:Lol It is when you need your money you'd know that Zrosk's customer service is counterproductive. It's funny you're applauding them for ignoring you. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Bluearrow: 7:19pm On Feb 23 |
princezzz:This your comment is funny U turned it into man & woman relationship Concerning zedcrest I think there is a mix up I signed up on zedcrest recently & the process was very smooth. Deposit is fast. When u buy equity on zedcrest, it reflects immediately, unlike others that take 6 to12 hours. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by princezzz(f): 7:19pm On Feb 23 |
If i am moving 5million with them,i am in for the long run. So it is not a debit center where i will be running around looking to withdraw money from. That is what Stanbic MMF is there for🫣 Any period equity moves mad with red days for prolonged period of times, and nobody answers me, na to match straight to their office and we are going to be manually doing the withdrawal like bank tellers, like with pen and paper shit. I will wait them out this week and move on. Hoping to get a response though Allboiz: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by princezzz(f): 7:22pm On Feb 23 |
We are saying the same thing, Zrosk hasnt looked my way yet since registering last week, while it was easy accessing Zedcrest😁😁. I registered for both at the same time, and i am already getting a call from Zedcrest to complete registration Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 7:51pm On Feb 23 |
No update yet from Zenith. dammiecool: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 7:53pm On Feb 23 |
Which number did you call them on? Did you reach out to them on WhatsApp? princezzz: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Allboiz: 7:58pm On Feb 23 |
princezzz:And you still think Zrosk should be picked over Zedcrest? Zrosk did the ignoring thing to me as well. EquityM had to talk to one of the account officer before they gave their attention. By then, I already got discouraged and picked another manager. If I beg to get my money invested, there's possibility I'd cry to get my money back ![]() |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 8:09pm On Feb 23 |
If i wanna cash out and they ignore me, I go reach out to CBN, EFCC and SEC, SEC is very attentive and ready to call out any fraudlent fund managers. Allboiz: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 8:29pm On Feb 23 |
Zrosk has a tiny workforce; however, that shouldn't be a reason for their cold-shoulder attitude. They currently have the highest NAV among all the equity fund managers. (11B+), and that was the main reason I signed up with them. princezzz: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 9:08pm On Feb 23 |
Don't chase a woman; let her chase you. Lolllllllllllll. Bluearrow: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Gratefulme: 9:28pm On Feb 23 |
Allboiz:Exactly. I sent them emails to open account with them. Messaged them multiple times on Instagram as well. Nobody has time chasing any fund manager. They ain't even the highest in the market. It took them close to a month to reply to account opening enquiry alone. Ain't gat no time chatting no manager on WhatsApp. They dont need the money so we moveee. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Uberchic1: 9:55pm On Feb 23 |
Gratefulme:Omo, any fund manager that I have to chase after is an automatic no. If they don't respond on social media, or by email or answer calls, I'm running in the opposite direction. Running. Doesn't matter how high their ytd is. I no too like stress. That said, I'm guessing zrosk with their N5m minimum investment is for HNIs (or close) who don't need to follow up on their investment daily or even weekly. Me, N5m or N5k, I like to be able to monitor my investment and easily reach customer care in case of anything. |

How is the Paramount doing at the moment? I might sign up with them as well. Uberchic1: |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Uberchic1: 10:39pm On Feb 23 |
EquityM:It hasn't been updated. It's updated weekly even though gains are daily. Will post once it is. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Gratefulme: 10:42pm On Feb 23 |
Uberchic1:😄😄😄. BTW has your zedcrest portfolio been updated today? Mine hasn't. Would be nice to be able to view daily interest like on CS. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 10:44pm On Feb 23 |
Alright, I will give them a shot, and if they do well, I will stick with them and Zenith. I'm currently checking their factsheet, and the stocks in their portfolio are top-notch. Uberchic1: |

I think it's time we work at posting rates for the current services we have access to and use to make comparisons for us here. That might motivate people in terms of seeking good returns and learning the ropes if they decide to switch managers. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 11:53pm On Feb 23 |
Check this SEC website for the current fund managers performing well at the moment. Ignore some of the false figures, as they don't match the actual YTD on their website. https://sec.gov.ng/for-operators/keep-track-of-capital-market-data/net-asset-value-data/weekly-net-asset-value-for-cis/2026-weekly-nav-for-cis/ Niiade:

| Re: Equity Investment. by Niiade(m): 1:30am On Feb 24 |
EquityM:Please, I think we might have some kind of audio sessions or meetings lol if you don't mind. I have gone through the reports, and I have some questions. The YTD I am seeing in some funds is crazy; some are over 100%. but my main question is which is better to aim at NAV movement or YTD, or is there a balance to look out for? From my review, the equity powerhouses are Zedcrest, ARM Aggressive, Zrok too, and Stanbic, but I am interested in more insight. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 2:47am On Feb 24 |
Some fund managers are still running the YTDs of last year along with this year YTD to have huge figures to deceive gullible investors. However, for your fund safety, check the NAV first, as this will determine how well funded the fund managers you decide to give a shot are. NAV, in general, acts as a valuation tool, reflecting the current value of the fund's underlying portfolio of stocks and other securities, usually at the end of the business day. Going further, YTD is the current performance, and this is important for investors, as most investors tend to go with high YTD, which helps to grow capital. As you can see, Zrosk has a higher NAV with a tiny number of investors than the other fund managers; thus, they have huge HNI and other organizations investing with them. Lastly, a higher NAV correlates with high performance. If a fund manager is performing well, investors will be glad to invest with them, as in the case of Zedcrest, which just started their equity recently. I have a tight schedule with my job, but I will be having a short vacation soon, so we can have audio sessions to elaborate more on this issue. Niiade: |

I just watched the Zrosk equity presentation on YouTube. The fund is designated as a specialized fund rather than a mutual fund, so they have a special quota and may accept or reject any application. I'll stick with them because the video altered my perspective. Here is the link to the fund presentation on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmzpMabwCEc?si=KM5_z8UJ0bIGlSqM |

EquityM:You were considering leaving them? Why?? Coz you just recently joined them. |
| Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 5:36am On Feb 24 |
They have high management fees, and you only get your portfolio update by email. I don't give a dime about the management fees; I just wanted transparency. Nevertheless, the video opened my eyes, and I know my money is safe. Salarys: |
