Kindly who elect leaders, as per my knowledge leaders are elected by citizens. if things are not going well we cannot blame the leaders, we have citizens to blame.

I think you miss a point, South African don't want foreign job seekers but they want foreign big business.
Companies like Dangote cement won't express issues, an individual who goes to South Africa to look for a job or to create small business like salon will experience issues.

The law is there on the constitution.
Can you open barber shop business with the investment R5m.
Again barber shop business are reserved for locals.

We have lot of doctors and professor that are leaving well in South Africa, because they are doing jobs foreigners are allowed to do
