The title is grossly misleading. "Nigerian Police ..."will appear to be discussing the institution itself whereas the proper title should have been "A Nigerian Police Man on duty... " or "An officer ( constable, inspector etc) of the Nigerian Police Force...." Anyhow, both the Op and the Nigerian Police man on duty are a disgra.ce ![]() |
