Usually I can tell at a glance if my funds go up or down. But I usually follow their ytd daily too. They need a + or - % marker though.

Are you into CSOF at the moment? The USD is bouncing back gradually; there might be some stocks pulling back before Q1. Any scenario is still going to go great, as some stocks have been doing well with the NGX pension included.

Maybe but i dont think a 50bps drop will create a huge impact. I know CBN is treading carefully so as not to rock the boat given that election is close. At this point, Politics will have higher weight than sound economics in decision making. You dont wanna give the opposition free ammunition

CS is over the moon; I've left them and am currently using Zrosk, Zenith ESG, and Zenith Balanced Fund, and I added Paramount today.

You are on point; the election might be chaotic as looting will be on the rise. Fingers crossed, and I hope things go well.

Im actually in Zedcrest. Thanks to the marketing by Uberchick1. It’s almost at par with CSOF and the entry bar is not as high. Will try zrosk too if they get their onboarding act together. I called their customer line and it was switched off. That alone put me off. Didnt have strenght to chat anyone on whatsapp

I believe the difference in daily returns between fund managers is determined by the stock basket.

I cannot really ascertain your claim regarding whether they have lower gains or returns daily. With 300k, I have had gains of 16k, 4k, and 2k, respectively, but I am open to learning why you made that claim.

Paramount onboarding was smooth for me cos I barely remember it. Na the ones wey stress me I remember well. They respond on twitter and they answer calls in my experience. Their minimum holding period is just 30 days only. Their ytd is updated weekly but your gains is updated daily and the % gains of your money from the time you fund is also updated daily. I haven't had any serious issue with them so far. The fund is my favourite of the ones I've tried cos that 30 days holding period even though the ytd isn't the highest.

All equity fund managers don't usually have same daily return, since they all don't trade same stocks. A green day for one maybe a red day for another one. Reason I always recommend more than more fund manager when it comes to equity.

Has anyone using Stanbic switched funds from one investment to another before? How does it work and how fast is it? And will I be charged for switching since the original 90 days holding period is ongoing? I called them and spent 5 mins listening to adverts smh

That means there is likely to be a drop on this current already low Stanbic interest rate? Abeg oh
I was even thinking to consider mmf later this year, but with this possibility of interest rate reduction, that makes it a no go area for me.

This looks interesting and welcoming. Please, how can you rate their green days to their red days?
