Congratulations to you...but you know iPhone 16pm has a better camera quality and features than the normal iPhone 17 and it's even costly than iPhone 17 too

Na camera I go chop? The only benefit is that one extra camera at the back and the slightly larger screen. The 17 beats it in everything else. If it’s costlier than the 17, let dummies buy it. I’ve future-proofed myself for the next seven years.

The 2 major reason why some Nigeria buy iPhone is because of the camera quality and the pride of having it ... nothing concern them with quality features and stuff so I guess you're one of the people that are only interested in the pride of having it nothing else

No. I bought it because my 6S was slowly becoming firewood and I had the money to upgrade. Why not buy the latest if the money is available?

The 17 is actually very nice. With the 17 series, apple has ended the base models' curse. The base model 17 now has everything the pro and Promax models have except the beastly battery. 17 now sports the controversial LPTO ProMotion screen (120Hz) that's absent in the base 16.

I stumbled on luck when I picked it. I didn’t know any of that before purchasing it. My original choice was the 16E in a bid to slide into the new iPhone design. Happenstance made it that the 17 came out a few months later.

It's actually an excellent buy and I would pick it over the 16 any time any day. This days, I prefer going for the years of production (latest as people call it) instead of performance so I chose the 16 plus (not the base 16) over the 15 promax because the 120 Hz refresh that's missing on the 16 plus is only noticeable if you're a mobile gamer (seems I'm getting older now😂😂)
I don't enjoy mobile gaming anymore, if I must game, my laptop and Playstation are my go to and I chose the 16plus mainly for the beastly batterylife. If money wasn't an issue, I wouldnt hesitate to go for the base 17. The 17 is definitely going to be the best-selling iphone because Apple has dropped that traditional base model limitations with the introduction of the proMotion 120Hz refresh on the 17. It's a great buy.
