Hello solar inverter guru in the house, I'm thinking on getting one of the two package, to power the following:
49inches smart Tv
2 rechargeable fan
Airtel internet cable
6 bulbs but not all at once
1 18 inches ox fan only at noon
A laptop and 2 phones

I got the 2 quotation to make a choice:

The Tubular Battery Packages.

1kva inverter
240ahms battery
4 pieces of 200watts panel
Cables, Breakers

#530,000

The Lithium Battery Packages.

1kva Hybrid inverter
2.6KWH Lithium battery
2 pieces of 350watts panel
Cables, Breakers

#630,000

Is any of the 2 a good choice?
Abeg which package did you go for later?

So you mean a lfpo4 battery would work, charge and also discharge well without BMS with no side effect in the future?

Please explain to me how ‼️

Funny enough, You and @dollarnaira are both RIGHT. just depends on what perspective you choose to view things.

e get things wey I dey use, we I no fit do for someone else because e sure me say na recipe for wahala. BUT what @dollarnaira suggested would work even for a novice so long the person who made such suggestion is the actual knowledgeable person that would set things up to avoid said Novice going to copy BUT paste something different. Some chargers out there are cable of getting your batteries pregnant to say the least.

Because all they see here is fire as if lifepo4 is a balloon ready to burst. Anyone here can couple cells but the fear most of us add to handling these things is overly exaggerated.

Chest it and go to Alaba.
You will see trucks that deliver electronics to various shops. It is affordable.

I paid 7k for a 220L freezer from Alaba to Ikorodu via same means. Just request for the ones going to your location.

The person involved get the knowledge wey @dollarnaira get? That's my issue here, the first Lifepo4 I used sometimes in 2017/2018, 40ah, the blue calb cells, was without a BMS or any protection, the thing never born the pikin since then.
Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 3:11pm On Feb 25
@Oshomo12

Many years ago I have zero knowledge on solar connection. Out of curiosity I landed here. Now, with the several questions asked here I acquired this knowledge. So don't deprive those so called novice please.

Now, out of curiosity I fix phone screens, run some electrical connections, couple batteries, and partially fix my car too.

Fear is a big deterrent to practical knowledge. So, I owe you no explanation as to who I feel I share my knowledge to for free.

Actually, there are times I just keep mute after reading things on this thread. sometimes e go come be like say some talks happening in here is to discourage and keep you a CONSUMER rather than a PRODUCER. In other words, e be like say some of us prefer you not being able to cut costs so that our wallets would continue to get fat.

Be it as it may, that still doesn't excuse the fact there are dangers when things ain't properly done right; just that we sometimes seem to intentionally overExagerate things so as to keep people paying for finished products.

Nothing will be high.

After buying your panel. The shop can find an Aboki that will just carry it to the roadside where you’ll see Keke going to Volks.

When you get to Volks and take a straight ride to Mile 2, show them your load, they will add mostly #500 to your price.

When you get to mile 2, take a straight bus to your place. Since you stay in Ogun state, I think it’s Mowe or so you’ll board in Mile 2.

Mind you, you’ll always see a Aboki that will help you carry your load to the bus, for maybe #200, at all these bus stops. This is from experience.

first of all, these prices of yours are out of sync with reality.

Secondly, I presume most times, no be transportation cost be the FEAR but to not buy noneSense.

Thirdly, I reside in both Lagos and Ogun state and can tell you cost of transportation within Ogun state is much higher than in Lagos.

For that guy, From Atan busStop to Agbara, then take bus to Ojo Alaba, and do the reverse while coming back is the straight way as from Agbara, you get direct Bus to Atan last bustop and from Attan, you also get a direct bus to Agbara. Any other route na long journey.

What I’m basically telling the guy is that it won’t be much of a stress for him. He can do it all by himself. The road to Agbara is still similar-everything still applies .
