bro state your accusations, I've known him for years now and not a scammer I bought a phone from him 3yrs ago for my mum and she's still using it till date because she only uses it to watch movies..

I bought an Oppo A16 phone he posted on NL from him on July 2 2025. It was later discovered after i sold the phone to a customer on September 15 2025 that the phone was a stolen phone after a call came him from a police officer informing the person using the phone.

I contacted Letloveheal2/Letloveheal immediately and informed him of the situation and need for the both of us to be present at the police station to clear our names.(Calling was the big mistake i made). I texted him the next day in the morning but, he didn't respond till about 4PM in the evening. I tried reaching out to him, but discovered he has blocked me on WhatsApp and his number was unreachable.

I went to the police station knowing fully well I have no hands in the matter. On getting to the station i was told by the IPO from Ilesa Osun state that the phone was stolen in a student hostel at OAU with some other items. I and the person I sold the phone to were arrested and put in the cell after writing statements.

Long story short, after a lot of pleading and calls from several people I ended paying 150,000 for bail, 150,000 for tracking expenses the police said they spent, bought an iPhone 11, paid 40,000 for a powerbank, bought another phone for my customer, other expenses around 50,000 etc to settle the case. There are other expenses I won't be mentioning right now.

He has been messaged severally with someone else's number and other NL users account, just to lure him to the police custody so, he can explain his part regarding the whole issue, but he keeps changing numbers and refusing stating that he would only waybill and won't be available for a physical meet up even with someone in his same location

I have attached evidences of our chat when i wanted to purchase the phone, chats from people i have tried to use in messaging him.

You sold the phone and he informed you that the phone put him in problem, you should have appeared at least and take them to the seller. Am sure you know his location as engineer but you ghosted him.

Do you know what it means to decline police invitation? I suggest you will need to appear at the said station to clarify your name and provide the engineer

Regarding the phone you mentioned as having police issues, it was not directly sold by me I only acted as an intermediary. In fact I did not physically see the phone. I was contacted about the sale and I reached out to you, and upon your interest, I informed the engineer (the seller), who waybilled the phone to you. A dispatcher then picked it up and delivered it to you and I was given commission for selling it.
