LASG Completes 9Km Stretch From Chevron To Admiralty On Lekki-Ajah Corridor by Lanrelagboi(op): 7:20am On Feb 26
I am happy to share that we have completed the rehabilitation of the 9km stretch from Chevron to Admiralty on the Lekki–Ajah corridor, Lagos bound. The original timeline was 41 days but we finished ahead of schedule in 27 days because we understand what the daily traffic means for you.

This is part of the wider 28km corridor from Lekki–Ajah Bridge to Admiralty, covering both carriageways. We are delivering the project in phases, and work on the Epe bound lane will begin soon.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We will keep traffic management active, deploy the right personnel, and monitor progress closely as we continue the work.

Good to see Fiddy Cent working with the Lagos State government. He will now be able to provide updates on his good friend P. Diddy's jailhouse adventures.

Resurfacing not construction. The Lekki-Ajah parts of that road were really bad so that intervention was needed. I wished they did proper engineering rather than cosmetic job. By end of the rains, notorious spots like Jakande and Ikate points will be back to the big holes they usually have.

They should stop roadside trading in Lagos
it makes the state dirty and overcrowded

dirt and sh*,t everywhere..

no serenity..

Some of you are insufferable.
" Rehabilitation " of one half of a 9km stretch , and you're gloating like the whole city has been paved. What is wrong with you ppl. What else is the function of govt ??

There are governors building hundreds of km of road from scratch , and no clown coming to say "show us what your people are doing"

This is commendable! I trust they are going to mark it and make it look beautiful.

This is one of the most beautiful parts of Lagos. They should use this opportunity to run those overhead power cables underground

God bless LASG
27 years of raising revenue and budget 100 times to N4.4 trillion without water supply does not deserve blessings from God, except one is a Stockholm syndrome sufferer. I hope that is not your case huh

It deserves sanctions and stoning from wise people.

A 45-year-old resident and father of three, Mr.Fatai Lamide told PUNCH HealthWise that no building in the community has toilet facilities.

The Oyo State-born mechanic said, “We don’t have toilet in this area, including our compound. This canal that you see serves as toilet to all of us living in this area. We defecate inside nylon and throw it inside the canal.

“For people that don’t want to use nylon, they have a special bucket that they use after which they pour it inside the canal too.

Will it kill you to read?

The particular stretch covers only Chevron to Lekki Gate.
Which they have now finished.
They are saying it's part of the plan for other areas.
Will it kill you to read?

What was their complain about Jonathan ? They made their grievance known he ignored them. Did you see them wailing like foolish souls n lunatics claiming their region was marginalised ?

They simply got to work n vote who had their interest at heart n we all can see the result. Yoruba no get time to wail like fools over any government. We do no owe any govt our support or vote, ee disperse them to our advantage.
