They have taken over Kwara. They are already in Ekiti, Ondo, Osun and Oyo state and Even Ogun state. They have encycled the almighty Lagos. Lagosians better start preparing their boats to run via the atlantic Ocean because the government cannot help.

Very sad situation and symptoms of terrible leadership.

This should be a wake up call to all. Leave sentiment, tribalism, ethnicity and religion aside and vote these wicked souls out come 2027. Leave political parties aside, let's join our hands together and hold these leaders accountable. How can terrorists be demanding virgins in exchange to release people who came to deliver ransom, even after killing the first kidnapped victim. Was crying when I read the ordeal that poor girl went through. We are busy fighting ourselves while these terrorists and politicians are busy using our lives and that of our loved ones to play Chess.
Nigeria is now abbatoir cos we're slaughtered like animals everyday....

If we cannot manage this country, let's peacefully separate. I don't understand why someone thinks it's okay to rehabilitate a terrorist and respect corrupt politicians
Separation would not solve the problem. If the country splits today, the various fragments would inherit the same problems affecting Nigeria today.

In my opinion, what’s happening now is a blessing in disguise to the various units making up Nigeria especially South West, South East and South South.

If we as a people can’t find a solution to the problems affecting us now, it’ll be difficult to solve that when Nigeria breaks up.

What stops Ipob or Oduduwa from forming their own security networks and I’m not talking about mobilising illiterates and artisan workers to form vigilantes, I’m talking about mobilising the various trained and experienced security people from the various regions to gather intelligence and use it.

There are Igbos, Yorubas, Ijaws, Eshans etc working in the police, Nigeria military, DSS etc.
Where are these people when their regions are being ravaged by rag tag bandits?
Ipob won’t solve the problem of the south east. They don’t have the training, experience or the capacity neither. Egbesu isn’t answer to Nigeria delta issue either. These groups are populated by criminals and never do wells. They are the people who would burn pick pockets with tyre but lack the capacity to deal with herdsmen or Fulani bandit issues.

Please get other places in abia state and compare it with Ogun state, leave Lagos alone in this context… if you want to compare Lagos state, do that with Abuja because both places are and have enjoyed the privilege of being capital of Nigeria….

So bring up places in other western states and compare it abia let’s check something grin

Chygozdegreat:
What is happening in this country is beyond heartbreaking it is pure evil.

In Ajoni LCDA of Ekiti State, kidnappers reportedly demanded ransom just to release the corpse of a victim they allegedly raped to death. As if that was not wicked enough, the four men who went to deliver the ransom including cash, ice, beers, and other requested items were themselves kidnapped.

Now, the criminals are allegedly demanding more money and even female virgins in exchange for releasing the new captives.

Let that sink in.

This is no longer just kidnapping. This is barbarity. This is moral collapse. This is organized cruelty operating without fear.

Demanding ransom for a corpse shows how low these criminals have sunk. Kidnapping those who came to negotiate shows total lawlessness. Demanding female virgins is inhuman and demonic.

Where is the deterrence?
Where is the intelligence gathering?
Where is the overwhelming security response?

Ekiti has traditionally been seen as relatively calm compared to other regions. If this level of terror is taking root there, then nowhere is safe.

Government must act immediately:

• Deploy massive security operations in Ajoni and surrounding forests.
• Track and dismantle these criminal networks.
• Rescue the captives urgently.
• Make public arrests and prosecutions to send a strong message.

This cannot be treated as just another headline.

When criminals begin to dictate terms like this, the state must respond with decisive force. If not, law-abiding citizens will continue to live in fear.

Nigeria cannot normalize this level of wickedness.

Enough is Enough
same people fighting everyone against Tinubu. Nothing concern me, just to make sure, I and my family are safe by God grace. Keep supporting Tinubu because he's a Yoruba man until bandit and terrorists settle down in southwest

Are you saying that all the former governors that looted Abia State blind were all APC governors?

And what gave you the ideas that if an APC governor is given the increased allocations that Abia state is now enjoying, he will not perform the same magic?
