Russia (35) & Ukraine (1000) Exchange Dead Bodies Of Soldiers Killed (Photos) by Kaliningrad(op): 1:07pm On Feb 26
🇷🇺 Russia has handed over the remains of 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers to Kyiv, Kremlin adviser Vladimir Medinsky said Thursday, with Moscow receiving the bodies of 35 of its soldiers in exchange.

The previous exchange of bodies between Russia and Ukraine took place on Jan. 29. Moscow handed over 1,000 bodies to Kyiv, receiving 38 fallen soldiers in return.

Medinsky, who has served as chief negotiator in peace talks, published an image on Telegram of workers in white suits lifting a body bag from the back of a refrigerated truck.

"Ukraine has been handed over the bodies of 1,000 fallen Ukrainian soldiers. Russia has received the bodies of 35 fallen Russian warriors," he said on Telegram.

He did not say when and where the exchange took place.

There was no immediate confirmation of the body swap from Ukrainian authorities.

Russia and Ukraine have returned the bodies of thousands of their soldiers since President Vladimir Putin ordered the special military operation more than four years ago.

The latest exchange comes after Ukrainian, Russian and American officials met in Switzerland last week as part of ongoing negotiations to end the war.

While many of the recent meetings between the two warring countries have ended with them agreeing to prisoner and body exchanges, neither side appears ready to sign a peace deal.

Thursday's exchange was the second carried out so far this year.

And yet Russia is still LOSING ground to Ukraine. How is that even possible? The Kremlin had to shamefully admit within the week that none of its goals for attacking Ukraine have been achieved. Not a single one. Over 900,000 Russian casualties for nothing.

There is no profit in war except cutting and putting asunder to family love ones, couples, brothers and sisters.

War only brings untimely and multiple deaths separating love onez from each other.

Hmmmm. This a very difficult things to believe. Where is this world turning to? Lives have no meaning. The quest for supremacy in war and blood has taken over the mind of every leader of the nation. When will all this end oOh God huh?

This is Stupidity of the Highest order, if they can agree to exchange bodies, why not seat and discuss how to end the war.

This is just ridiculous. Avoidable deaths. They could easily sit down and talk peace. People being made to fight ego wars. Putin does not want Nato to annex a country that shares border with Russia. Thats understandable.

Ratio 1,000 to 38. Ukraine is defeating Russia.

Ukraine will still beg Nigerians to come and help them impregnate their women when Europe and America use all Ukraine men to play Bet9ja with Russia

Zelensky fit dey with him wife now dey enjoy while Putin would be somewhere having fun.

Yet, men kept falling on the battle fields, with their families in perpetual pains.

This was the same thing that happened during the Nigeria/Biafra war.

The two antagonists were in the comfort of their zones, seeping cigarettes and eating delicious meals. One even took a wife and had elaborate wedding, while men were falling in the battle field.
