President Bola Tinubu has approved the immediate reconstruction of three federal roads in Niger State and the extension of the Bodo–Bonny Road to connect with the East–West Road in Rivers State.

The president gave the approval during a meeting with the Minister of Works, David Umahi.

The three road projects in Niger State are expected to be reconstructed using reinforced concrete pavement to ensure durability and long-term value

They include; Mokwa–Bida Road (120km); Mokwa–Makeri Road (63km) and Bida–Labata Road (123.5km).

The extension of the Bodo–Bonny Road to connect with the East–West Road, the project will be executed on a dual carriageway capacity.

It is also expected to get constructed with concrete pavement, and equipped with solar-powered street lighting.

Because the country is not any better than it was when PDP carefully handed a functional democratic country to is party. Naira is not yet $1, Electricity is worse. All politicians now in APC are now Saint. He do not allow any form of protest whereas PDP gave him that liberty. And by the way, celebrating roads in 2026? SMH.

What they are doing now is to deny he did this and that. The template that made Fashola and Ambode the builder of Lagos, now it's Buhari they are crediting Asiwaju's project to.

I'm waiting to see how the opposition will campaign and what they'll campaign with. Bring back subsidy of dollars? Fuel subsidy? Halt deregulation of power and refineries? Promise to give Nigerians food for free maybe. At least that would be new and generous. If not I don't see any campaign strategy. That's why they are pricing groundnuts and faking assassination attempt.

You are really going to have lots of problems promoting your candidate for the coming general election because there's nothing to change right now. What we need is to make this particular momentum grow into prosperity for all and not derail it because someone needs to become a president.

The good thing about this government is, those who are claiming this government hasn't done a thing are now looking like jokers because I am yet to know which part of Nigeria they are from that there are no glaringly projects in their region irrespective by this government

I don't see any Tinubu in any of our politicians, in fact I don't see another Tinubu in next twenty years. So, this Tinubu will put Nigeria on a good path for us all. I witnessed Obasanjo, Jonathan and Buhari and I can say Tinubu is better than any of them. I didn't mention Yaradua because he spent so little time on the seat. While any other person enjoy at least 6 years. Jonathan had 6 years as President and it's Tinubu after 9 years of Jonathan exit that's fixing Bonny road. It's Buhari and Tinubu cleaning up Ogoni land. Everything no be politics. Common sense go far.

Tinubu is better than which obasanjo and Jonathan. Has he created the kind of middle class obj created. Has he created the kind of jobs obj created in banking, telecom, oil etc.

Productive Nigerians can testify to the improvement with this government policies and reforms. Take note of the word productive .

If you exchanged Naira to any currency regularly, if you buy things online regularly (ease payment with your local card as the rate is now cheap . That is not a propaganda, but what those who are productive can testify to. You don't need to be Apc, Pdp , LP to confirm that

When dollar was N200+, are you aware it was subsidized dollar to make the rate that low even with that, there is no stability with the exchange rate that's why we always experienced scarcity of dollar

For over a year under this government, Naira to dollar rate difference was below N30. A whole year, that's stability

President Tinubu has done more than all of them combined if actually he completes all his infrastructural projects.

So, repayment of $5billion FX backlog which allows airlines to return to operation in Nigeria isn't an achievement? The raising of foreign reserve from net $3.99( according to JF Morgan's report) to over $50billion isn't an achievement?
