This is my understanding of what is going on. I think this property in question belong to Jeremiah Useni. It was fraudulently purchased under a fictitious name "Tali Shani". Tali Shani is not a real person. Ozekhome wanted to claim the property following the death of Oseni because he knows about the property when Oseni purchased it as his attorney. Oseni's girlfriend wanted to claim the property as well being in the knowledge of what name was used for the purchase of the property. As such, they both did a fake Nigerian passport with the name Tali Shani to claim the property.

I know a lot of properties in Ikeja GRA that has been claimed by some fraudulent Nigeria attorneys following the demise of the principal owner because either the principal families are not in the know about the properties or the families lives abroad and are not interested in dealing with the stress of fighting for the properties. These attorneys goes as far as being diabolical to scare the families away from the properties.

My own summary is that Mike Ozekhome knew and probably help managed the a property gotten with illicit fund by Useni in the UK under a false name Tali Shani. Now Useni has passed on without anyone to claim the property, Mike is trying to play a fast one by creating an identity for Tali Shani and transferring ownership of the property to himself through court since Useni had the original documentation of the property which Mike has no way to access.

My humble take on the matter. Mike has been humbled with this one, he can only plead his way out.

He acquired a NIN slip for a fake stand in witness with a forged name that he used to procure a Nigerian Passport in order to present his witness as a real person in a forged document he presented in a British Crown Court.

The FG has every reason to go after him for being an accomplice in procuring a National Identity using a faked identity which in turn was used to procure a passport so as to present his fake witness as a real person in an ongoing court case which he presented fake documents and faked identities.

He brought the NIN and Passport issuing body into total disrepute.

The lawyer will die some day and his children, who do not really need the wealth he left behind, will fight themselves to tatters quarrelling over it!!! We have seen one like that before and it appears the quarrel has been transferred to the next generation. What else do you refer to as a curse!

Greedy fellow! Impersonating one living above board!! One only pities Lawyers who, not knowing how Mike Ozekhome makes money, want to be like him! Once convicted he should be struck off the Roll. He has a second address in any Law Faculty who needs his service to teach Law!!!

Simply because in Nigeria, greed has no consequence worth calling one! That kind of conduct is not commonly found in U.K. not to talk of China!

I quite agree with your thought on this. Late jeremiah useni's property can easily be traced by name like Tim-tali, Tim-but, and may be shane Tali etc.
