UrVillageChief:Nothing like bright soul dia,, stop being biased and sentimental. If his incarceration till this point was legal, then what is the need of playing hide and seek with the judges? Just like that judge has returned case file.? Why not allow due process? Why playing hide and seek? Try him and let him face the prosecution. If he is entitled to bail then grant him bail and let the judge stop running. Also it is common sense that if he claimed to tap the phone of NSA, you cannot hold him unless the NSA is able to present proof that his phone was actually tapped. If El Rufai claims he was just joking, then CASE IS DEAD ON ARRIVAL! Even if I claimed to have murdered someone, and I later say I was joking,, no one can jail me unless the prosecutor proves that I actually murdered someone with proof of the dead body. Tinubu knows this, that's why the judge is running... It's just political impunity and persecution going on. |

Like MNK, like El-Rufai? After claiming to tapping the phone lines of the NSA without any iota of being under duress, you are now claiming to haven't committed any offense known to law? The next thing he would say is that they don't know law. By the time he begins to make one of the correctional centres his home, he would discover belatedly that it is he who doesn't actually know the law. @hotseat |

NairaMaster1:For el Rufai ?.......You think all this things get to ppl like me.....I have said it it will never be more than 8 years then u will know the politics of tribalism is not palatable for a country like Nigeria. |

Richtaiwo:Thanks alot.....I appreciate your mature approach....Honestly I respect you so why I engage you because you asked a very vital question so I need buttress myself. I don't hate president Tinubu neither do I hate El rufai either but the truth is that I feel the fight against corruption is 1 sided so why I made that statement...if we keep going after opposition/tribe,i beg to ask;when are we going to achieve a significant success against insurgency and corruption..some1 bragged about keeping Elrufai until 2027 then I reminder the person that Tinubu will not stay in power 4ever.if we have another president and he/she start witch hunting opposition, will Nigeria growth like that...? The bulk stop at the desk of the president when it comes to insurgency...Many ppl dinning with the president,APC and opposition are complicit when it comes to corruption and insurgency...is it wrong to demand fairness and transparency from the president..? Who are the ppl who order soldiers out of the school in Birnin Kebbi 30minute before the terrorists attacked... please feel the pains of Nigerians....My friends have been kidnapped b4..I was almost kidnapped 2 years ago..You don't know how much i spend on flight for I and my family yearly..This are some of our cry..When we come here to express ourselves it's b4 I love Nigeria and I want the best for Nigeria but when u talk they will call you IPOB....I am from SS and I will never involve in anything tribalism/religion/ethnicity. I will say it the president is not biased when it comes to religion bcus the Northern Muslim never thought the Christians will have a voice in this government but let the president do more bcus he can do it. Thank once again |

ddippset:Okay o Senior Advocate, please first thing tomorrow morning, go to the nearest police station and claim you are the one responsible for the killings and kidnappings happening in your area, don't worry ehn? Our ever gallant and hardworking police officers would start working hard to prove your innocence since you dey kolo na why you talk an but don't worry, the Nigerian court will be the one to painstakingly work to prove your innocence and to shame that demon that forced you to say such an atrocious thing🤣🤣🤣 They would understand that it's a case between you and your demon and would be siding with you to shame the demon🤣 It would have been an entirely different case if it was the DSS that made the allegations against him or if he had said it while in their custody, one would have easily dismissed it to be false or that he was made to say it under duress. He didn't only stop at claiming to have bugged the phone, he actually got the plans of the NSA'S office to arrest him correctly but you are here yarning mvmv talks and calming he didn't know what he was saying 🤣 Your first paragraph ultimately gave you out as a kid and someone who's obviously naive and I honestly shouldn't be wasting my precious time on you since you appear to be naive and new to Nigeria😂 Was Nnamdi not guilty of inciting violence? Are the proofs not there on videos online? How long was his trial delayed? Even a kindergarten kid knew they had every evidence to nail him (Kanu), yet they still resorted to using series of postponements to frustrate the hell out of him. You must be naive my friend, they are only frustrating him and the delay tactic is working. They would make sure he doesn't participate in the forthcoming elections before deciding what and what to do with him and nobody would claim they are being unfair because they aren't doing anything illegal afterall since they have a solid case at hand and no country jokes with its national security. If this had happened in the US or Europe, the Secret service would have picked him up right away in that TV studio within minutes. Just pray you don't walk straight into your enemies pit. Mr El Rufai will be wishing that his only case was the Money misappropriation issue with the EFCC and ICPC but national security? Bro, no country takes that lightly. |

Richtaiwo:This is to show that they (they know themselves) never mean well for Nigeria. The emergency lovers of Nigeria only care about having their kinsman rule the country and nothing more. Politics aside, what do you think would have happened to El Rufai if he was a Chinese and openly said such a silly thing on a live TV interview? I don't know how these people think, it's not everything that should be politicized. This is a topic that affects our collective security and wellbeing as a country. |

| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by ddippset(m): 5:33pm On Feb 28 |
Guestmale:😂😂😂😂 Very senseless analogy and iam shocked someone even liked. "Someone was murdered"? Well in this context no one was murdered because the NSA did not raise any prior alarm that his phone was tapped. So your analogy is s1lly. The right analogy currently is this; No one was murdered yet I come out and say that I murdered someone. If I later say that I was kidding and the police fails to produce any dead body to support my claim,, Then they got nothing on me! Simple analogy,, common sense! |
| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by ddippset(m): 5:37pm On Feb 28 |
UrVillageChief:Rubbish.. Responsible for the killings in my area? That's like 1000 people and that's a very s1lly context you're providing. If I say I am responsible for killing John and the police find out John is alive, what could they do to me? If El Rufai says he tapped the NSA's phone and he later disclaims it,, It is left for the NEA to provide evidence that his phone was tapped by El Rufai. And if he fails then El Rufai is not guilty.. Common sense, simple logic! |
| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by Guestmale: 6:31pm On Feb 28 |
ddippset:It's like you love watery beans. Anyway that your cup of tea. Elrufai is now in better position to tell you how far. |
| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by UrVillageChief: 8:19pm On Feb 28*. Modified: 8:53am On Mar 01 |
ddippset:So what if John is truly not alive?😂 Because that's the right analogy since Mr Rufai did get the NSA'S plans to arrest him correctly. What nonsense are you even trying to defend? The NSA indeed, planned to arrest him and Rufai's revelation of their planned arrest shows he truly had the Intels and not a mere bluff but an intelligent person would have claimed that he got the Intel through someone working in the NSA'S office rather than saying he employed people to bug his phone conversations. The fact that he got their plans correctly validates his phone-tapping claims, so what exactly are you on about? So you want the government to start acting as his defense attorney saddled with the responsibility of establishing his innocence? Where is it done that way? How old are you epka? 🤣 |
| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by ddippset(m): 8:53am On Mar 01 |
UrVillageChief:More croakings of f00lishness like a toad on heat! If the NSA knew his phone was tapped then why didn't he raise the alarm before the NSA's interview? Oohh the NSA wasn't aware! 😁 Community sense would tell you that the NSA's phone wasn't tapped or worst case scenario he is to incompetent to detect his phone was tapped so he had to wait for a confession on National TV ![]() Anyway malu,, the point is that if the NSA's phone wasn't tapped, a confession on national TV is never enough to nail him especially if his lawyers advice him to just say he was joking. The incompetent and unaware NSA needs to take proof to the courts that his phone was actually tapped. I pray you are able to process this basic logic, which I admit might also be an uphill task for you. |
| Re: Judge Withdraws From El-Rufai’s Case, Proceeds On Leave by ddippset(m): 8:57am On Mar 01 |
Guestmale:In Europe or America where the law works and all systems go, El Rufai would have been arrested even before his so called confession on National TV. Yet some d0fus think that an interview on Channels is their evidence. Why am I not surprised? They can't even have Intel's to track bandits and kidnappers talkless of detecting when El Rufai bugs their phone. |
