I think people should cut down on the travelings during those times. It's not a do or die affair.. staying back won't kill you... It even saves time, money, energy and lives

They were probably on their way back after the Christmas/holidays celebration.

Did you look closely at the accident photograph. The deceased clearly was reckless in his driving and responsible for the death of folks in the car! He was on a very high speed and had a head-on collision with the truck so bad that over half of the Toyota Sienna collapsed on impact. Let's look at things properly and advise folks to stop been reckless. If he had survived the accident he would be charged for over speeding and probably reckless driving!

Keep over speeding and driving recklessly and it won't be long before the answer to your question will be irrelevant to your state! We got to address the real issues here. Can't you see how a Toyota Sienna engine crashed with half its body into the trailer headlong! The deceased driver was terribly over speeding! The makers of the vehicle will not have good to say about the driver who clearly abused the vehicle in the manner he drove it.

At a very, very, high speed. Some driver did something similar just yesterday. Out of concern for him I passed him a gentle warning in the bid to caution him but he shouted at me -"get outta here!" and I shook my head at him knowing his days are numbered if he continues to drive so recklessly and at high speeds. The guy that got Anthony Joshua's friends killed the other day was also into reckless driving, dangerous overtaking and driving on the shoulder lane on which he was overtaking wrongfully. Strangely 90 per cent of the comments did not see things that way and I found that horrifying!
