ryloy:Tinubu and his defunct ACN once demanded electronic voting, but today he and his APC are rejecting mandatory electronic transmission of election results from polling units. Now tell me , who is being dubious and criminal?

Instead of Nigerians to be looking for a way out of the trouble they are in now they are blaming opposition parties as if it's only the opposition parties that are suffering. Mumu |

Lithiumite:David Mark is barely useful for any worthy purpose! His record of public service is marked by gross irresponsibility and uselessness. Infamously built a house in his town Oturkpo when he was Senate President for many years with an helipad so he can go there from wherever by helicopter! He couldn't care less that the roads leading to Oturkpo are in a terrible state! Tinubu decades after is fixing the road. It just beats me how he cn open his mouth in public! It just shows that their conscience is dead and their lives bereft of humanity. David Mark and his ilk across Nigerian political parties are not fit to live in the society and should be locked away in jail! Wicked souls! |

Chucks13:Useless, dumb and power mongering opposition carrying fried brains around. They are all together outflanked by Tinubu and his APC!!! So shameful that they cannot think and strategise correctly or at all!!! When Wike talks now Ta'nimu will stick out his noise talking nothing meaningful. Today they got another judgement from Oladiran Akintola J validating a convention whose validity is presently under consideration by a Higher Court- the Court of Appeal. The whole thing stinks to the high heavens! |

Ofunaofu:Oga rest it was a suggestion, they didn't politicize it, and when they didn't get electronic voting they didn't throw tantrums but worked with the system in place and won, a serious person will always find a way around a problem not sit down and complain all day that his life didn't move forward because life didn't give him his heart desires. |

Sadly, we have no credible opposition at the moment. This complaint and excuse is embarrassing. A gathering of past senior ogas don't know how to quickly update their registers digitally or do a new one using Google forms. Strange that none of them studied the amendments properly to ensure compliance on their part. They were all about electronic transmission as if that will magically transform into a win. It's not too late. Young tech savvy members can make it happen within the alloted time frame. |

The funniest thing is that these guys were practically laughing at APC when they were doing their nationwide registration few weeks ago. I remember when APC announced that they had achieved 10 million registrations and some Nairalanders were mocking them. If these kind of guys mistakenly win elections, they will come up with truck load of excuses of why they cannot get anything done. Tinubu is a far better administrator abeg |

A very lazy opposition. Tinubu is a very organized man. He keeps to timelines and is a very good leader that holds his people to the goal. I don't think any of these ADC ever worked in the private sector and know the discipline required to meet targets. Just old political jobbers. They can still get a register in check by the end of march. Its not late. They need to work and not give up. What on earth have they been doing? Just incompetent excuse upon excuse. Election is less than 1 year! |
| Re: The Amended Electoral Act Has Requirements That Are Impossible To Meet - ADC by yemmit90: 12:48am On Feb 28 |
Urgent1Million:APC are miles ahead of them, I keep telling people around me before this bill was signed into law that "real time transaction" is the least of what should be worries about in that electorial law. Now, APC has perfected their plan, all they need to do is to mobilize people to register as ADC members and vote for unpopular candidate ( Ameachi) from the south in their direct primary election. Tell which Northerners or their elites will vote for Ameachi who has constitutional right to spend another 8 years. Even Atiku will disowned the party and will rather strike a deal with Tinubu. Bunch of unserious pathetic power hungry jokers. |

THE OPPOSITION ARE UNSERIOUS PEOPLE, JESTERS OF THEMSELVES, AND THOSE WHO WANT TO BE FOOLED. AN EFFECTIVE OPPOSITION CARRIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTABILITY, ADVANCED STRATEGIZATION, AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH THAT MAKES IT MORE ATTRACTIVE TO THE PEOPLE THAN THE GOVERNMENT THEY WANT TO DISPLACE THROUGH THE GENERAL ELECTIONS. NOT SO WITH ADC, THAT IS FULL OF AMALGAMATED CHAOTIC PEOPLE WITH A SHARED COMMON AMBITION TO SERVE SELF AND NOT THE PEOPLE. IF ADC WERE TO BE A BETTER ALTERNATIVE, THEY COULD HAVE BECOME A ROADMAP FOR APC IN TERMS OF PROACTIVE INNOVATIONS, LIKE HAVING A DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP BASE RIGHT AT ITS INCEPTION, BEFORE THE ELECTORAL ACT CAPTURED THE IDEA. THE OPPOSITION ALWAYS TRAILSTHE RULING PARTY IN IDEAS; THEREFORE, THEIR ASCENDANCY TO POWER WILL BE MORE CALAMITOUS AND SUICIDAL FOR THE NATION. AFTERALL, MOST OF THE ADC MEMBERS ARE THE RECYCLED, TESTED, AND FAILED LEADERS FROM APC, PDP, AND OTHER PARTIES. IN AS MUCH AS THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT IS DISAPPOINTING IN PERFORMANCE, THE ADC PARTY, AS PRESENTLY LED BY THE CORRUPT PAST LEADERS, CAN NOT BE A VIABLE ALTERNATIVE CHOICE FOR NIGERIA. SO WHAT NEXT? PRAY FOR DIVINE INTERVENTION FOR THE EMERGENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS WHO WILL RECONSTRUCT THE COUNTRY! |

I'm not a supporter of any political party but sincerely APC is truly trying to silent opposition party. Why not commence digital membership of political parties at the same time.. |

NwaliE01:You are the one that needs to be objective, when did David Mark attempt and successfully carry out his coup de tat in ADC that he didn't see what another poster showed has been in the INEC regulations for political parties? Instead of doing their due diligence, they are running up and down doing decamping owanbe for Obí and Akpata. What is so difficult in having a digital register, in fact I bet the existing party, pre take over, had one? ADC are being smart, or thinking they are, they saw the numbers APC boasted of and are scared their own will be much lower so they want to circumvent the process. ADC, una nor well. |
