Iran firing ballistic missiles at Israeli cities is not “resistance”; it is a direct, deliberate attack on civilians. No sovereign state can be expected to absorb that and do nothing.

Israel has lived for decades under the shadow of groups and regimes openly committed to its destruction. When a government that funds and arms regional militias now escalates to overt missile launches, it crosses from proxy confrontation into open interstate aggression. Under Article 51 of the UN Charter, Israel has a clear right to self-defence.

If Tehran chooses escalation, it cannot then claim victimhood when Israel responds militarily. Deterrence is not warmongering; it is the basic logic of state survival. The real path to de-escalation begins when Iran stops targeting Israeli population centres and abandons its declared objective of eliminating the Jewish state.

Peace requires reciprocity. Security is not negotiable.

Despite overwhelming US military might, Iran campaign would pose complex challenges

Thank you for report of action on both sides.
However do not fail to understand that the world has had enough of the Ayatollahs and spread terrorism all over the world. The whole of the Middle East do not agree with permitting Iran to possess nuclear weapons. They have showed examples with their distribution of various military hardware to their proxies.

Finally, the war has come to their land. This must be termed "the father of all wars". After all Saddam Hussein termed the world's response to his reckless invasion of Kuwait as "the mother of all wars". For the Iranians, this is not the eight year Iran-Iraq war. This is a war against the world's strongest military power allied with one of the most strongest military powers in the world.

The Middle East is on fire for the first time, but Iran will not remain the same after this.

Mark my words, China is going to use IRAN to test its weapons and capabilities in the same way the West has been using Ukraine to test Russia's might. Israel and the USA are evil countries, and I realize I have been wrong about the Ukrainian war all along.

No one should make this about Islam and Christianity.

This is a violation of international treaty

I am a Christian but another government aiming to change the government in another sovereign nation is a no no.

I guess people always forget that Christians are the minority in Israel. There are far more Muslims in Israel than Christians.

Like I said, US government supported this Iranian government to take over power from the Shah government. Things turned sour between them and the US suddenly hates them.

I hate the Iranian govt with passion but US has a knack for attacking nations not doing their biddings.
The U.S. government supported the 1953 coup that reinstated Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi to power, rather than helping a new government take over from him.
