In Nigeria's Niger Delta, gas flares are killing crops, polluting water and damaging human health. The Nigerian government has promised to tackle the problem — but new data shows flaring has even gone up.

GAS IS BEING BURNT AND FLARED EVERY SECOND AND THE GOVERNMENT IS SAYING THERE IS NO GAS FOR ELECTRICITY

The Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) has said the national grid is receiving only one-third of gas supply needed to provide adequate electricity supply to Nigerians.

“We hereby notify the general public and all market participants that the current average available generation of approximately 4,300MW is primarily due to inadequate gas supply to thermal generating stations.”

Reality is that our power supply largely depends on water or rainfall....a reason why during the dry season,with low river levels due to rainfall,power generation will drop.
Watch how they will start boasting during the rainy season......and some people will be praising the govt for actually doing nothing new in reality.
Nigeria is not ready for real power generation.
This is the actual season we can rate the govt effort on power generation.

The low current and off and on has damaged my AC compressor, these people will turn me to terrorist one-day , he's not regretting collecting money or giving bills to consumers but regretting there's no light
