About the Role:
Undervalued Estate is looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Agent & Landlord Acquisition personnel whose sole responsibility is to grow and maintain our shared apartment listings database.
This role is focused on:
Finding the right agents and landlords
Onboarding them to our platform
Verifying listings
Ensuring listing quality and accuracy
This is a growth-critical position. The quality of our database directly affects user trust and revenue.

Core Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Agent & Landlord Sourcing
Identify and approach real estate agents and landlords operating within the shared apartment niche
Prospect through field visits, online research, social platforms, referrals, and property clusters
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners


2️⃣ Onboarding & Database Expansion
Convince agents and landlords to list their shared apartments on the platform
Collect accurate property information (pricing, location, room type, availability, amenities)
Ensure listings meet platform standards before approval
Maintain consistent growth of verified listings weekly

3️⃣ Listing Verification & Quality Control
Confirm property ownership or agent authorization
Verify property details through documentation, calls, or physical checks where necessary
Remove or flag inaccurate, duplicate, or misleading listings
Maintain high listing accuracy rate (target: 90%+ verified listings)

4️⃣ Relationship Management
Maintain communication with active agents and landlords
Encourage regular updates of availability and pricing
Ensure listing freshness and engagement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Minimum number of verified shared apartment listings added monthly
Minimum number of new active agents/landlords onboarded monthly
Listing verification accuracy rate
Percentage of listings updated monthly
Reduction in duplicate or fake listings

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with field outreach (if required)
Detail-oriented and verification-focused
Basic understanding of real estate, rentals, or shared housing
Self-driven and target-oriented

What Success Looks Like:
A growing database of high-quality shared apartment listings
Reliable, responsive agent and landlord network
Reduced fake or outdated listings
