PDP COMMENCES DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE NATIONWIDE.

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party @OfficialPDPNig has approved the commencement of digital membership registration across all wards in the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory.

This exercise will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026 and will last for three weeks.

The essence of this exercise is to compile the digital membership register in compliance with the Electoral Act 2026, which requires all political parties to submit the digital register of their members to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Registration will hold every day(except on Sundays) at all Ward, Chapter and State offices of the Party (special cases will be handled at the National Secretariat), throughout the registration period. A special committee headed by the National Organising Secretary, Hon. Theophilus Daka Shan, has been set up to oversee the exercise and handle any complaints that may emanate therefrom.

Members and the general public are encouraged to visit the nearest PDP office within their ward to register.

A country that could be comfortable with online registration for political purposes cannot do e-voting in Senate or electronic transmission of voting results. They even said diaspora cannot vote. Leave politics aside, what APC government has done will come back to haunt them. It's just a matter of time. You can't have elections a few months and start bringing rules that will affect everyone but you. You think APC did not have the Expo on this and already concluded their membership registration? If you want to play, play fair but let's keep seeing. APC will change all the rules simply because they are afraid of a level playing field. They don't want a free and fair election yet they say they are popular and have 30 governors. So what are you afraid of? We're talking of information and being smart. Democracy or majority votes is not magic. You are aware of information for months. You probably never debated against it. I observed that the old NIMC mobile app doesn't work anymore and Google playstore always recommend NINauth as the new app.
I downloaded the new app and login only to see a linked Tax ID and phone number which it claimed was linked on the 28th of Feb and 16th of January respectively. What is really going on.

Probably bcoz the committee is still working on their party ideology which Bolaji himself doesn't know, manifesto and policy direction of the party.

ADC wants E-transmission of election results but doesn't want E-registration of its members.

Someone should tell ADC that if the E-REGISTRATION is not ready by 31st March, they'll be out of the contest.

I have platform to contest at next election. Wile is gone for good
