World war needs a matching opposition. For now, no such. Russia have not finished dealing with Ukraine, and China still has Taiwan and India to contend.

USA has dispatched Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, Libya, Iraq, others.

They are the biggest spenders.

Currently no opposition. No world war
