Nigerians Must Rise in Moral Obligation: To Be the Light of Africa in the Western World.

We must not allow the lowest amongst us to define us, be it political, academic, military, business etc.

For too long, the narrative of Sub-Saharan Africa—and specifically Nigeria—has been hampered by a paradox. We are a people profoundly endowed by "Nature and Nature’s Good," yet we often find ourselves the most unconscious of self-preservation. This is the direct result of decades of political and military repression, leading to a system where, knowingly or ignorantly, the most despicable or ill-prepared are elevated to positions of power.

The recent outing of Bola Tinubu in Istanbul, Turkey, serves as a painful reminder. When a leader struggles with the simplest of parade protocols, one must ask: how can we expect the comprehension of complex policy or lengthy documents? It is a disgrace for a nation of our magnitude.

This message is for you: The Nigerians thriving in the Western world.

In structured societies where life is organized, we must learn the lesson our counterparts from Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, and even our Somali brothers have mastered—the art of economic self-preservation. They do not just survive; they build ecosystems. They support their own through connections, capital, and collective investment. I am glad as an Igbo, we have these traits ingrained in our DNA.

Sub-Saharan Africans remain one of the few groups seemingly oblivious to this necessity. We cannot wait for the leadership at home to change before we change our own outcomes abroad. Leaderships we all know to be who they are: Clueless & kleptomatic!

The Mandate:
Whether you are actively employed or an entrepreneur, you have a moral obligation to:

Set up a business: Create a footprint that competes on a global scale.

Support the Brotherhood: If you aren't building your own, support those who are. Provide the connection, the capital, or the prayers.

This is exactly why Bigkoko Group was established. We are here to be a legitimate competitor with Western and Asian counterparts, proving that excellence is not just a slogan, but a standard.

We must stop being the "unconscious" demographic in the world and start being the architects of our own preservation.

2025 was one hell of a badass year—intense, exhausting, and transformative.
Anyone who has navigated a major corporate restructuring knows that getting the sequence exactly right takes time, grit, and a fair bit of trial and error. But as we move into 2026, the Bigkoko Group is emerging leaner, smarter, and more specialized.
We are officially restructuring into three key pillars to better serve our global mission:

The New Bigkoko Framework.
1. Sovereign Advisory Unit: The strategic "brain" of the group. This unit focuses on Business Development, Strategic Support, and Digital Services, providing the foundation for businesses to scale with precision.

2. Marketplace & Business Without Borders: Our heart for the planet. This division is dedicated to the Circular Economy, Green Technology, and Sustainability. We aren’t just selling/renting products; we are building a loop that respects resources.

3. Techtroniske Unit: The hardware muscle.
Specialized in IoT Development and the customization of hardware, this unit is where we bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical tools.

What’s on the Horizon?
Marketplace Rebuild: Our item rentals platform is currently being overhauled. We’ve taken the invaluable lessons learned from our Business Advisors in Stockholm to create a more transparent, efficient, and circular user experience. You never get it right under a trained critic tells you what you don't see!

NanoCam X-Series: Innovation doesn't stop.
Our NanoCam X-Series devices are about to enter the destructive testing phase—the final "trial by fire" before they are ready for the real world.

The Sweden-Africa Bridge: Through Business Without Borders, we are on a mission to revolutionize how local businesses in Africa acquire sophisticated Swedish technology. We are moving past traditional trade to create a seamless flow of innovation.

Restructuring is the hard work you do in the dark so you can shine in the light. We’ve found our sequence. Now, it’s time to execute.
The journey continues. Stay tuned.

Bigkoko is actually a pretty interesting concept—especially for you who are into the sharing economy / circular economy space.

What Bigkoko Item Rental Marketplace is!

Bigkoko is an item lending (rental) marketplace where people can rent out things they own instead of selling them.
• It operates (at least, currently for now) in Sweden and aims to expand across Europe
• It’s built around peer-to-peer (P2P) rentals, not buying/selling
• Think of it as: “Airbnb, but for physical items”

The core idea:
Instead of owning everything, people borrow what they need and earn from what they don’t use. We are introducing a new concept called ”Store-2-Earn” this Spring.

How it works (simple flow)

Simply:
1. Create an account, not anymore! Just visit http://bigkoko.se and start the Bigkoko Experience!
2. List an item (electronics, fashion, etc.). Best you leave your item under our care for ease of logistics management (Pick up. Delivery & Returns)
3. Someone request to rent it
4. You/we approve
5. Arrange pickup/delivery
6. You get paid

It’s intentionally made to be less complex, less susceptible to Swedish bureacracy and for tourists/visitor's convenience

What you can rent?

Typical categories include:
• Electronics (cameras, gadgets)
• Fashion (luxury items, outfits)
• Tools & equipment
• Possibly event or lifestyle items etc

We explicitly focuses on renting & reuse—not selling

Who can rent?

Pretty much everyone, regardless of status. Key demographics include:
• Residents
• Visitors
• Tourists
• Those without Swedish social security number (personernummer & coordination nummer)

Bigger vision behind Bigkoko

Bigkoko isn’t just a rental app—it’s part of a broader ecosystem:
• Marketplace + fintech (gift cards, payments— Africa)
• Cross-border business platform ambitions (Africa + Europe)
• Focus on a circular economy and reducing waste (Europe ONLY)

We are essentially trying a mix of:
• Airbnb -styled item rentsls( sharing assets)
• eBay-style peer-to-peer marketplace)
• Uber-styled logistics (on-demand delivery access)
…but applied to physical items instead of services or housing.

Why does this model matter?

This type of marketplace solves real problems:
1. Cost savings
• You don’t need to buy expensive items you use once

2. Monetization
• Idle items = passive income

3. Sustainability
• Less production → less waste
(Big focus in Nordic markets like Sweden)

Challenges (important to understand)

Like all rental marketplaces, Bigkoko faces:
• Trust & safety (damage, theft)
• Logistics (delivery, returns)
• Supply-demand balance
• Competition from platforms like:
• Facebook Marketplace
• Niche rental apps

My honest take
Our service ideas are strong, especially in places like Stockholm where:
• sustainability matters
• people are open to sharing economy models

BUT success depends on:
• building trust systems (insurance, deposits, reviews)
• achieving local density (enough users nearby)
