Compliance certificate means that slots were shared equally among states and they advertised the recruitment on atleast two national dailies. But no one is following those rules anymore. Once you hear FCC shouting, they didn't get slots.

No, from the start, it's not just at just the no compliance stage, and let me reinterates what I have been saying, before any recruitment process starts FCC must be aware, I have heard MDAs collecting waivers and going ahead without involving FCC again only to come back renegotiating because they need the compliance certificate which certify due process was rightly followed. 👍

You shouldn't be replying me, it the other that needs this. He undermines FCC & I do not.
If you really want to comply, FCC will grant you approval to go on, & then check apl list if it complies or not. There's nothing hard there to not understand. I don't have strength to do back n front argument.

- Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN)
- National Biotechnology Research and Development Agency (NBRDA)
- Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC)
- National Industrial Court of Nigeria
- National Steel Council (NSC)
- Hadejia-Jamare River Basin Development Authority (HJRBDA)
- Many Federal Universities/Polytechnics, FMCs, Teaching Hospitals, National Orthopedic Hospitals across the country.

Just put it, if you don't follow federal character and it's proven, no compliance certificate which indirectly whoever is employed his on his own, except the MD pays them from his pockets. So FCC cannot stop any recruitment likewise any MDA cannot avoid them either, you do your part I do my part, we all go home happy.

He should check his email every morning for the letter and he has to plan to come next week for his documentation. He wasn't informed of where but he was assured of his letter. Is this how easy it is getting an offer considering I have read through people asking questions on here without answers?

It's very possible. Some days ago,, someone was called to send his CV & after five days he was contacted for documentation.

Congratulations to you.It seems you are the person they told to check your email{smile}.. I heard APLs will start flying in different agencies. Hope your connect told you the name of the organization.

I repeat no replacement as far as CDCFIB is concern.The recruitment will be completed soon.They have compiled the list but no date has been fixed yet for the list to be released.That is how interior recruitment always lingers.Even during our time,it was more than a year after before the recruitment was concluded.Be rest assured the recruitment process is still on,keep in touch with whoever God is using for you.By the grace of God,you will wear that uniform with your pip shining on your shoulders.If you are from my state,I will get to meet some of you during the screening.Dont let anybody deceive you,the recruitment is still on.
