When I read that minors were working there, I laughed. Politicians rarely do things for public interest in Naija.

shortgun:
Anyone who knows Nigeria very well can tell that sealing those restaurants had nothing to do with public interest.

You apparently don't live in Nigeria or you just plain ignorant. Most Street food or bukas in Naija operates out of some "anyhow" places. Some even are stationed on top of open city drainages.

pipnator00:
With what I'm seeing in those pictures, the restaurant ought to have been sealed a long time ago. In fact, the head of that agency should be issued a query for not doing their job a long time ago and allowing that restaurant to have operated for however long its has with such dirt around!

If I understand your correctly, your response to my previous comment, goes along along the line of, "it's normal and we accept eating around those dirt". If so, Goodluck eating around dirt!

If you see where some buka for dey prepare food eh, you go start dey cook by force. Some of them are so nonchalant about it.
The first question you should ask is "where are they getting their water from?",

Nope. I don't eat rarely eat Naija street food because of food safety concerns. I am only commenting on your outrage and the situation which seems like a hatchet job to me.

Even water from heaven will be contaminated in a dirty environment.

Common man, nothing disparaging about what I wrote. Not living in Nigeria is not an insult na, abi? Also, I presume that you are not ignorant of what I am saying as a Naija person. But then, I apologize if I offended you. You be my brother/sister grin
