Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Heineken Lokpobiri Escalating tensions between Iran and the United States could lead to a significant increase in petrol and diesel prices in Nigeria if global crude oil prices continue to rise. Energy analysts warn that Nigeria remains vulnerable to global oil market fluctuations despite the presence of local refining capacity. Recent market checks across major Nigerian cities show petrol selling between ₦824 and ₦880 per litre, depending on logistics costs and distribution factors. The current pricing follows a recent adjustment by the Dangote Petroleum Refinery, which reduced its petrol gantry price by ₦25 per litre, bringing the ex-depot rate to ₦774 per litre. Oh, that will serve our resident US/Israel worshipping warmongers right. You support the unprovoked invasion and bombardment of another country based on lies. You support the mass bombardment of innocent children in Gaza. How can you be supporting evil and expect good things? Supporting war criminals and expecting blessings? KARMA has a way of coming back for you. Enjoy the high prices. Pray things don't get worse as the invasion and conflict you support spreads across the middle east. |

I don't think this minister knows what he's saying. As the price of oil is going up, the price should be reduced in Nigeria as one of the oil importers as we would have made lots of gain with th increase which can be used to subsidized fuel temporary. May be price of other good and service may go up |
