If the US can't get ALL of Iran's ballistic missile launchers soon enough, it risks running into a bit of a messy situation. The US and Israel do not have enough interceptors for the patriot missile systems they have in that region. Due to Trump's idiotic aluminium tarriffs, Raytheon and other defense industries have been struggling with keeping up production.
