For anyone who cares to listen,Rosenior is a massive upgrade on Maresca, take off the maresca veil and watch football. We drew qarabag, lost to Atalanta, made leeds look like klopps Liverpool, lost to Sunderland, lost to Brighton, amorim's utd piped us before even the red card
Let the match against PSG be the determinant ..

Maresca beat PSG .. can Una tech bro achieve the same feat ..

From what angle/wing was Cunha dribbling from when he got fouled? grin grin grin
Thank God you used the word "dribbling."

Dribbling is a skill,a gift, and requires a special talent to dribble.

Crossing doesn't need all this.

Chelsea wingers save for Estevao can't beat a cone.

What do you as a manager do when you have wingers who can't dribble but you must get maximum productivity from them?

Do you keep buying and selling them after every match to get a special dribbler that can cut in like Cunha/hazard/Neymar/ronaldo/messi/robben/Ronaldinho?

Sir Alex Ferguson quickly realise this with Valencia when he was bought to replace Ronaldo.

He didn't ask him to start throwing leg -over like Ronaldo or doing flicks. The instruction was simple get the ball quickly to where you can cross the ball, and we saw the results of it.

Garnacho has been here since summer, and we are yet to witness just a single dribble highlight from him and yet we put him in a position where the least requirement is to be able to dribble and create a shooting space for yourself.

How do you get maximum productivity from him,Neto and other pseudo wingers for us?

So next time before you ask me about Cunha's kind of goal, ask yourself if i ever ask Hazard to play from RW while he was with us?

Hato will only keep getting better if he keeps playing.

Another positive in Liam's game yesterday.

MASSIVELY underrated. He randomly crossed my mind this afternoon and I had to check out his comps again. Can't believe I forgot how good he was.

That amount of skill and power in just one body. You see that move he does shielding the ball, holding an opponent off with his arm, dem no born anybody well. See as grown men and pesin papa dey jabo. Dembele could have played for any of the biggest clubs in the world. I'm surprised he stayed at Spurs that long.

His comp recently came up on my timeline on twitter and there's only thing that came to my mind.

They don't make them anymore like this.

What he does and brings to the team is simply underrated and for you to simply understand this just take a look at Palmer wanting to do the same thing but yet loses the ball 9 out of 10x.

Dembele no go give your plenty goals and assists but you see that control. . Very few midfielders today can match Dembele's tekkers. The only weakness in his game I can remember was his reluctance and inability to shoot and I don't even think that passes as a major weakness. Spurs tried replacing him with Ndombele, who was also technically-gifted but lacked the stamina to make it in the PL. He would ball out in the first half, but few minutes into the second half he would be running on fumes. His constant fitness issues didn't help him also; he always looked a bit overweight.

I was wondering why Caicedo and Hincapie didn't square off after that tussle, then I remembered they are team mates at the Ecuadorian NT.

Be it Palmer or Enzo Fernández when they are asked to do simple actions that a central midfielder should do like receive and turn, provide the right weight of pass, take good touches and play good long balls and defend when necessary, always fall short.

This is what Man united have completely in Bruno Fernandez.

Oh, MLS. I totally forgot about him. He started out as a midfielder like your guy Trent, but Arteta converted him to LB.

Iamoyindamola, Blueraydick, come, what happened to this talented young man after the wonderful season he had last year? He went from being a potential starter for England at LB to being 3rd choice at Arsenal. Did his form dip so bad or is it just Arteta's poor record of managing youngsters.

To start with this season is a make or mar season for Arteta at Arsenal ; he needs to do something or something will do him.

Going into the season; Arteta , the fans and even our players know this is the season results n ed to cancel insults if not all the good work they’ve been doing over the years will come to null .

That being said , Lewis-Skelly’s form has not been anything to write home about this season . He played some matches earlier this season and he was piss poor . If I don’t remember anyone at all , at least I recall our match against Bayern ; he appeared totally lost on the pitch . Bayern was capitalizing on his wing until Arteta’s sub took him out of his misery .

Maybe his form didn’t dip so much to make him unplayable , but we got Hincapie to strengthen that left wing along with Calafiori and those two had given a good account of themselves .

Like I mentioned earlier , this is make or mar season for Arteta and I understand perfectly well he can’t afford to risk all our hopes in trying to help the youngster get his mojo back . Personally I don’t subscribe to it ; I’ve seen it happen too many times when a club gives the player so much time and risk everything to help a player get better only for the player to bolt on the team the moment he’s on top of his game .

Ramsey did same to Arsenal , leaving us when we needed him the most . Same with Van Persie leaving after the club stood by him all the while he was having nagging injury issues . I really don’t care if Lewis-Skelly plays or not, I just want this team to win a major trophy even if Arteta use the same starting 11 from match day one to thirty-eight .

I think your points are valid. Arteta has little or no margin for error this season. The pressure of a title race means there is no time to be coddling a young player going through a difficult period. Another reason may be Arteta's fixation on that 4-CB defence system, which doesn't help MLS as he is not the most defensively astute.

His talent is undeniable and I hope he gets back on track. He must be upset seeing his agemate Nico O'Reilly balling for City now. A move in the summer might be the best thing for him given that Arteta isn't even willing to give him a chance in midfield.

I'm a Chelsea fan but Chelsea fc is a below average team.
The last time we had something that came close to an average squad was 2021,,at least we try then.
Forget all these big wins once in a while....the club is finished

Just see the kind of players we Dy open eyes buy....very embarrassing
