Iran won't last long for 3 basic reasons:

1. The war is projected to last 4 weeks by the US military. That's sufficient time to win the war

2. The continous slaughter of Iranian leaders simply means that Iran would suffer a leadership deficit.

If there is no one to lead the country, it also means there would be no one to lead the war.

3. The Iranian army made the fatal mistake of bombing Gulf States who chose to remain neutral in this war.

They have now joined the war effort.

The question now is this: if the US wins the war, would they lose the peace? Iraq comes to mind.

Go and read about how the Iranian military operates. This war is best settled diplomatic ASAP or it will be a very long one.
The US has changed its stance that regime change is no longer the objective. That should tell you alot.

You didn't get USA well. They said they would be happy if Iranians rise up to take over government. That's the regime change objective.

If Iranians chickens out, they will also accept it as regime change failure. But other objectives on nuclear and ballistic missiles is their primary war objective.

So regime change is not certain for USA

nuclear and ballistic missiles programmes can't be destroyed, knowledge gained can never be taken away from a society that read a lot. They can't even even destroy them physically without taken over Iranian air space,so far they're yet to do that

In the military every unit, platoon, brigade, command has a commander and has an objective.
The commanders in Iran are dead and lower ranking officers have assumed the position, but the problem is that they were never privy to military strategy and so from the sporadic firing any military analyst can tell it’s a guerrilla warfare.

Isreal has shown from Gaza-Lebanon that they know how to dismember military apparatuses.

The war is technically over, but what’s keeping it is the suicidal mindset of the individual soldiers.

So, what you are saying is that the Iranian military has essentially decentralized things to the point that units can operate optimally independently. Okay.

However, analyst state that the strategy already has cracks. The needless attacks on Gulf States are signs that the strategy is failing. It would have been wise if it was halted has it has backfired woefully as the Gulf Enirates have decided to join the war effort. I prefer they stay out. Who is there to pass a memo for it to stop?

Let us see what pans out in the next 2 weeks.

I like Trump but he's too rash and this was a not-well thought out option. There's been a reason why US despite hating Iran have been avoiding them militarily. Iran is very difficult to invade. They tried to use Saddam to do their dirty work and the dude got frustrated after 8 years of wasting his economic resources.
By the way, no nuclear facilities have been hit which will be disastrous. Now it's Iran in full terror mode after the first blow. Diplomacy is the best way out of this.
