Huge Loans ain't easy to get bro, anywhere in the world 🤷🏿. Tinubu floated naira, let everyone get to work 📌
The Chinese can do so because they own more than 40% of Nigeria and other 3rd world countries as we speak due to the humongous loans.
Go and verify from most Nigerian investors on how it's easy to setup industries. It's even easier for the Chinese to do and most of these Indian firm are backed by the ruling class

You don't need to wait for anything; you can just run into the Atlantic Ocean and leave the country for good.

Nice one. He could also join Innoson in the vehicle manufacturing sector so that they can really challenge the popular brands. Even his role model, Tata Group, is from that sector.

When heaven has signed off on your destiny, even a battalion of angry keyboard warriors cannot cancel the contract.

For years, headless mobs have tried everything in their playbook, social media slander, coordinated campaigns, and even the dramatic acts of burning his trucks under one jaundiced excuse or another. Yet, somehow, the man remains not just standing, but thriving.

So by all means, let the truck burners continue their cardio. The man is already blessed, and there is very little mere mortals can do about a destiny that has clearly been rubber-stamped from above.
We analyzed this your comments few minutes ago and we wanted to invite you to the NSA office tomorrow but on closer look, we discovered that THE WORD HEADLESS MOB could mean anything and we don't want to lose our case in court and we were advised by our team of SAN to ignore because HEADLESS MOB COULD mean headless chicken Turkey or cow 🐄.

Hahaha 😂

As other billionaires look on.
I do not want anybody shouting monopoply when he start production. He alone as the monopoly of the initiative and he should enjoy such alone.
Can’t say i’m surprised someone with your choice of moniker and known anti-Igbo antecedents on this forum is cheering on a wolf in sheep’s’ skin and who acts like butter can’t melt in his mouth! The hegemonic alliance, of which you’re a firm apostle and apologist, has worked since the late 60s to date to ensure no Igbo has the kind of access to state power and resources, or amasses the kind of billions of dollars that would facilitate the financial wherewithal to attempt even half of what Dangote has gotten away with! And when any Igbo shows signs of being the market leader in any sector or raises to a commanding position in critical sectors of the economy like oil and gas, we see how agitated your sort get and we see the subsequent attempts to sabotage their business interests! We saw this play out with IBETO, Air Peace, INNOSON, NESTOIL, and Dr ABC Orjiakor!

Recently, it emerged in the US congress that a certain Nigerian billionaire (who wasn’t named) bankrolled lobbying of the US gov’t to try and change narratives regarding the Christian genocide and wanton bloodletting in Nigeria! Now i wonder who that could be!? 🤔

Listen, had Nigeria presented a level playing field to all and had a political-economy that didn’t disproportionately favour two ethnic groups over everyone else, i would be first in line to cheer on Dangote! But the reality that stares us in the face is that this man has bullied, cheated and monopolised his way to obscene wealth in a country that has a gathering of the highest number of the poorest, most deprived and most miserable people on earth! The gap between Dangote, on one end of the rich-poor spectrum, and the poor wretched in IDP camps or kidnappers dens are stark, ironic and a representation of all that’s wrong with a country you see nothing wrong with just because you’re part of the oppressors!

He should not be allowed to pocket the steel industry. Eventially, we will be paying double the world price.

There is a glut in steel globally due to China's over production. China's overcapacity of over 300m tons is higher than the combined total of the US which hovers around 100m.

There is a massive glut of steet in the global due to overproduction by China. Steel is therefore cheap.

His steel will therefore be way above the global price. This will raise cost for all steel users. This has akready happened with cement.

The best strategy is to stick to an export or perish philosophy.

Countries do best when resources are poured into products they have competitive and comparative advantage in or some would say is their calling.

He should invest into all types of mining, especially lithium mining and batteries prodiction.

Dangote can increase his exports by $10bn in 10 years even if we exclude his refining products.

Exports are what transforms countries and not "Buy locally made products."

Dagote's investments are not beneficiary to Nigerians in terms of prices/affordability.
Just look at his cement. I thought by now we would be buying fuel at a cheap price

Dangote ought to be a blessing to Nigeria/Nigerians but since his products are always priced beyond the pockets of average Nigerians, one can't call his investments "blessings".

For instance, Dangote Cement, Dangote Flour, Dangote Sugar, etc are always on the increase in price without any sign(s) of ever coming down to the benefit of average Nigerians.

Therein lies the irony!

So, even if he takes over the sectors of steel, ports and electricity, the trajectory is not likely to change one bit.

This is why many Nigerians call him Mr Shylock of Africa.

Dangote should not just make his products available but affordable as well.

Having a pound of flesh of the average Nigerian in the name of capitalism is a vice and not a virtue.

How does capital flight - which means capital that is fleeing a country - transforms an economy?
