Ic problem is usually panel related. The chances of it being fixed successfully is very low, sadly. I am talking from experience.

I’ve fixed picture ic panel right from my ps2 days till ps3

X4 ps2
X2 PS4
X1 PS4 none of them were successful that’s a wealth of experience enough for me to steer clear

display IC isn’t that hard to fix.. it’s just expensive and scarce cause you will remove it from another ps4 that’s probably been condemned…they don’t sell it separately…

PS4 is even cheap now why would anyone buy this for 160k fat for that matter….console only is even 160k for market
